Gentle Dental Braintree

Gentle Dental is a great place. Everyone is very accommadating. The front desk is always warm and welcoming, and the assistants always put me at ease. I would recommend them to everyone!

This place is the worst place .I went in with a tooth ache they looked at the tooth and said yup you have a dental bad tooth Thursday sent me home me home and said see you Monday I have to spend this long weekend in pain and I called them for my already paid for x rays and they said if you want the x rays you paid for it will cost you another 25 bucks an illegal amount.I will contact the ins reference not valid. and The Dental Board these people are in it for money not to help you I would beware They will just root canal or cap teeth and do a bang up job. BEWARE you would do better with a first year dental student

I walk in the door they took me right away and helped me out. They did what they had to do and i was on my way i was very happy wit there services. I will recommend friends and family and let them know that it was a great experience.

I have been going to Gentle Dental for many years for cleanings and other services. I have found them to be highly professional, and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable, even if your afraid of dentists , as I am. I would recommend them to anyone.

I used to be afraid of the dentist until I went to Gentle Dental. I started going to Gentle Dental this past year and I have seen both a general dentist there and an oral surgeon. I have had positive experiences with all of the staff, including the receptionists at the front desk, who helped me understand how my insurance works. I plan on continuing to be a patient at Gentle Dental and would recommend them to everyone.

My entire family have been patients of Gentle Dental in Braintree for many years and have had a wonderful experience. The staff and doctors are professional, courteous and very helpful. I would highly recommend this office to any new patients.

My husband and I have been going to Gentle Dental in Braintree for three years. We both see Dr. Jradeh and have been very pleased with his expertise in the field. He makes his patients feel very comfortable and relaxed. The front desk staff have been so pleasant and accommodating when booking appointments and dealing with the insurance company. Going to have dental work at Gentle Dental in Braintree has been such a positive experience.

I have been going to Dr. Jradeh since 2004 and I have had extensive dental work and couldn't be more pleased. I had avoided dentists as I couldnt find anyone I liked, then I found Dr. Jradeh. He never was critical only very professional, pleasant, helpful and kind. I even got my husband to go see him and he loves him too. He does excellent work and is quick too. Could never find a better dentist. His assistant, Dawn, is just wonderful too! She always makes me feel relaxed and comfortable. I just love this dentist and his whole office!

Gentle Dental is the best dentist office that I've ever been to. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who was looking for a new dentist. Dr. Jaradeh is my dentist, I've never seen anyone so genuinely excited about their job like him and his staff! They make the experience much less stressful. He also goes into great detail about the procedures he will be doing, which I find to be very comforting. His dental nurses are very courteous and knowledgeable, they strike up conversation and put you're anxiety at ease.The two receptionists are always on the ball and let me know exactly what my delta dental coverage will be and what my copay will be for my next visit so there is never any surprises!

I have been a patient at Gentle Dental for over two years. I have seen Dr. Kim and Dr. Jradeh and have recommended them to others. Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Great office!
