I recently purchased a new Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda. It was my third dealership visiting that week, so I was prepared for the worst. However, buying this car was actually fun! Sean Foley is amazing... he makes you feel at ease, and he'll have you cracking up the whole time, while still remaining professional. He was extremely knowledgeable, and best of all.. .NOT PUSHY. This sales experience was completely stress-free, if you can believe that! Even after I purchased the car and went back to pick it up, Sean took quite a bit of time to show me all of the gadgets and how everything in the car worked... even set up my bluetooth for me. He made sure I was completely comfortable using all the different features. If you're in the market for a new car, go to this guy, he rocks!!

This was my first new vehicle financed. The struggle to get me approved met plenty of resistance since my credit score was 649, let alone working for a temp agency. What helped was the fact that I'm in the service and staff really put their effort to help me get the vehicle which gives me a peace of "mind." It took about 5 days and plenty of run around for the dealership manager to convince the bank that I am fully capable of doing this. I would definitely shop there again and recommend my military buds to shop with Quirks Mazda. 19Delta all the way. Hooah!

i stopped by the dealership in Quincy Center looking for a car but i couldn't decide. i was greeted by Kurt who was my salesman and he was fantastic with his knowledge of the cars. once he helped me narrow the field down, ray helped me zip through all the financing junk so that it was soooo easy for me. i never thought car shopping could be so much fun. i recommend it for anyone and everyone to come here unless you like getting a bunch of bullsh*t like i did everywhere else i went.

I went there to fix a problem with my Mazda 3. A slight rattle at idle. It ended up being a loose heat sheild, they had me done in about half an hour. I really did not even notice the time because I sat there talking to Mike, Jeff, and Norm(the service guys). Very easy and pleasent.

When ever i have a problem i go to my selling dealer Quirk Mazda. My car was stalling and died at a stop light. I called Mike Service Mg and he suggested i swing by. I did not have an appt. He took me right in and come to find out, my air boot was torn. Total cost 89.64. WOW. i thought i had a major problem. Great job on fixing my car and not take advantage of me.. I will always bring my car there for service....

Ray was my "lets talk dollars" guy, and he worked his magic. I got a great deal that made both of us happy.

I had never tried a Mazda before, so I entered the dealership just expecting to be lied to and ripped off. I'm telling you I have never felt so good about buying myself a brand new car. Extremely helpful, just the right amount of energy really made my experience a good one.

The salesperson that I worked with was very helpful, and as long as I can get what i want for what i want again I will probably lease a new 2012 when my least ends.

They took the time to explain what every car offered and definitely tried to satisfied everything I wanted in my car. I was pretty picky but they were able to satisfied my needs. I have read all the reviews about this dealership but still had to go check it out for myself since they do have the best prices, and selection out of any dealership in the area. I went to other Mazda dealers in New England (IRA,Gallery,Sentry And more) and still I said let me go see if I can save some money. I went there and was greeted by the General Manager, Dana Laperle (Great Guy) and he helped me find the perfect vehicle. He did tell me that he had working for the Quirk Auto Dealers for some time now and that he just go his chance to move up to the GM position, and he also said that he was aware of the previous rep that this dealership has been given and assured me that he would make sure my expectations were met and that he would walk me through the whole process. Well to make this story short he did walk me through the deal and he made it easy, and he did in fact save me money (over $1000 than any other dealership) I will now send everyone I know to go see Dana and his team over at Quirk Mazda. I have Also had the chance to work with Quirk Mazda service when I had a remote starter installed and they were just like Dana said #1 Thanks Mike G (service manager) So if anyone is in the market for a new or used Mazda call Dana directly he will help in anyway he can, TRUST ME!Thanks To Dana I have been Zoom-Zooming around in my New Mazda every day

He did tell me that he had working for the Quirk Auto Dealers for some time now and that he just go his chance to move up to the GM position, and he also said that he was aware of the previous rep that this dealership has been given and assured me that he would make sure my expectations were met and that he would walk me through the whole process. Well to make this story short he did walk me through the deal and he made it easy, and he did in fact save me money (over $1000 than any other dealership) I will now send everyone I know to go see Dana and his team over at Quirk Mazda. I have Also had the chance to work with Quirk Mazda service when I had a remote starter installed and they were just like Dana said #1 Thanks Mike G (service manager) So if anyone is in the market for a new or used Mazda call Dana directly he will help in anyway he can, TRUST ME!Thanks To Dana I have been Zoom-Zooming around in my New Mazda every day

Terrible experience. I attemted to explain what I was looking for over the phone but was rushed off and asked to come in. I was looking for a "leftover" 2008 which would work well in my price range. Their web site advertised that they had many in stock. When I got there (24 hours later) there was one left and it was in the process of being sold...even though there was only one other customer. Maybe he was buying all of the remaining? Anyway...long story short, the sales person, Frank, was fine..friendly and seemingly down to earth, the finance manager was another story. Arrogant, rude, condescending and insulting..all in a matter of under 4 minutes. Excessive intimidation factor. I walked out.

I read a few reviews on here and it seems like Quirk Mazda is doing some revamping. I was looking in the paper and i saw this ad for a Mazda 3 really cheap! So i went to the dealership to see for myself. Todd Sylvia was my salesman and he too said he was new to Quirk. He was very kind and was able to give me a wonderful deal and im really happy with my Mazda. Todd showed me that there is still some honesty and integrity in the car business. Thank you Todd.

I couldn't help but read the reviews of the dealerships that I went to and Quirk mazda was one of them . I went in and asked for a salesmen named Ledion . He treated me and my family like royalty. i have never been treated like that at a dealership. First of all he was like a human brochure on the mazdas and answered all of our questions. My kids loved him ,I just couldn't resist and buy a car from him. He calls us at least once a month to ensure our satisfaction. Mazda should be proud to have somebody like this young man working for them . Thanks Ledion, our experience could not have been better. Kick ass price too!!

I cant stand people that probably went in the dealership with a chip on there shoulder and started demanding this and that. I bet all of these people that wrote the bad comments here about Quirk Mazda are just the people that have nothing better to do then talk bad about other people.... Get a life and stop trying to ruin other peoples life's. They work long hours and 7 days a week to feed there families and then you come along and write something bad about them trying to turn people away from the dealership, and I have bought cars there and sent 50 people from work and family to also buy cars there and all of them had said nothing but great things and they still are buying cars there. I bought a leftover 2008 Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda in Quincy a few weeks ago. This car is sporty and comfortable too. Superb service from beginning to end. I got a price that was very fair. First off, sales people are there for one reason: to make money. You have to expect some pressure and push back because you're looking to spend the least possible and they're looking to get you to spend the most possible.

Yes, my sales person asked me if I was ready to buy today, but I went to about 12 different dealerships of a variety of cars and about half asked me if I was prepared to buy that day - including the Smart Car dealership in Somerville, Mazda Gallery in Norwood (the biggest a**es in the bunch), Liberty Mazda in Wakefield, Saturn in Medford - and the rest asked me what my timeframe was for purchasing.

I went back to Quirk 3 times (I spent a long time -3 months- researching, test driving, and re-test driving cars at several Mazda dealerships before settling for a 2008 Mazda3 hatchback at Quirk). The first person we worked with was Dan Nuff(Hough??). We went twice to drive and then re-drive and both times he was extremely friendly and only slightly pressured us. He was extremely patient as I inadvertantly took 5 minutes to get the manual going in 3rd (oops! I am a new manual driver). When we went back the third time it was because we had already had negotiations at Liberty and Gallery and I was hoping to see if I could get a better price [Gallery was the WORST and Quirk came with the best combined price for my new car and my trade-in]. It turned out that Dan was no longer at Quirk, and so we worked with Dick Pasquale. He was very nice and while he pressured me asking if I was ready to by that day, the fact is that I was so it was fine. He did some standard sales techniques...they all do... since I already spent a lot of time negotiating at another dealership I came in with my starting numbers and just wanted him to beat it or I'd take the other dealer. After a few back and forths, he beat it and that was that.

I was going to get a black mica car, but when we inspected it we noticed that the guy who had prepared the car had put swirls in the paint (argh!). Fortunately, they also had it in sunlight silver and I was just as happy with that color. My impression was that they weren't trying to sneak the swirled paint under my nose, the guy literally cleaned it while we were negotiating and just put the scratches in. [I took the car the same day I negotiated]]

I purchased a 2008.5 S GT 5-door Manual.

I just got my CX-7 From Quirk Mazda. This is my third car from this dealership. I first bought a Mazda 626 eight years ago. It lasted me 5 years. I traded it for a Mazda 3 Hatchback. I loved it. The zoom zoom was there but not the room. I finally got a CX7 from the same place. I now can fit my snow board in the trunk.
I've dealt with this dealership for almost 9 years now. The staff has always been good to me. I've dealt with Andy for my last two purchases and he has always been friendly and helpful. He took the time and explain to me how the navigation works and even programmed my home and work in the nav presets. I got an excellent deal the first time, they had what I wanted and the price was far better than what I was quoted elsewhere. When I decided to upgrade I just went there and did the transaction without any hassle. They gave me a good trade in value for my 3 and sold me the 7 for a very good price. It all went smoothly and I couldn't ask for better.

I definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends and family.

We went down to buy a new Mazda and wound up being interested in a used Mercedes. First off, we knew more about the Mazda products then the salesperson, Quoted a price and were going to buy when all of the sudden a very rude salesperson came over and told us, the price was the price take it or leave it, they would not negotiate a deal. He was so rude and obnoxious. We should have walked out then. After he, the salesman and Mgr. then had a big fight. The mgr. came over to apologize for this rude man. We said ok, came back the next day to buy after being told we could make a deal, (there was over 4,000 dollars damage to the used car right off the bat), next day came back with check book and another Mgr. said "Sorry we can't sell to you today, your price is way too low!" Our price, we were quoted what was on the car. He said on no, that car was over 4,000 higher. Two letters describe this place and Mgr. "BS!" He totally screwed himself. We have never been spoken too or had someone be so RUDE, but it was there loss not ours, Just bought a gorgeous mercedes on EBAY! try it, second mercedes bought on ebay, love the car and no rude sales people to deal with. Now I know why there wasn't one person in Mazda buying a car. And, the salesperson we had told us "Hey, they just tried ripping off the old lady!" pretty sad, that the sales person (only worked there for a couple of months) admitted they are the Biggest Rip OFF!!!

I walked into Quirk Mazda's lot today, knowing exactly what I wanted: 2007 Mazda MAZDA3 s Sport 4dr Wagon (2.3L 4cyl 5M) in a dark color. I was approached by a Salesman who did not introduce himself to us. The first question was if we were looking to buy today, upon which I said it depended on whether or not they had what I wanted. I was then questioned why I want a Manual transmission. I was then asked why I want the hatchback and not the sedan.
Ok, so turns out there's only a sunlight silver s Sport 4dr Wagon, but I was looking for a darker color. He then explained that the silver was much better looking than the Galaxy Gray Mica because the Galaxy Gray had no contrast. At that point, my boyfriend pointed out that color is a matter of preference..
We asked if we could take the sunlight silver for a test drive since I haven't testdrove an s Sport before. We were told that we could test drive it if we were willing to buy today, which went like this: "Can we take the silver for a testdrive?" "You can buy it." "Are you saying we can't take it for a testdrive?" "If you buy today". I then said we'd rather go somewhere else if this was the case since I can't commit to buying today. He thanked us and walked away. My boyfriend (in a very friendly manner) called after him telling him we didn't catch his name, but he said it didn't matter and continued to walk.

One of the other salesmen close-by was kind enough (though earlier he only introduced himself to my bf, though he isn't even the one looking for a car..) to let us know that our Salesman's name was Andrew/Andy. Upon asking the second Salesman, we were told that it's not custom that they will only let you test drive if you buy the same day. Reading the other reviews, this is obviously not the case, but instead my experience seems to be the norm.

Worst customer service ever. And I potentially would/could have walked away with a new car today.
