I bought my VW Touareg through Autobahn USA - guys gave me a great deal, were friendly, honest and reliable, and absolutely no pushy. Got my auto loan through them, too - got a very nice rate, much lower than in VW dealerships. Car was missing manual and has a dirty floor mat - got everything (including a new floor mats) from them a week or two later. Exact opposite of common "used car salesman". A great wine with no aftertaste.

Buying a 2005 Toyota Tacoma through Autobahn USA was a very positive experience. Marcos, the sales rep I worked with, was professional, courteous and knowledgable. No hard sell, no pressure, "what will it take..." speeches, and other negatives usually attributed to the car-buying experience. Just professional follow-up, honest negotiating and a very fair price. The administrative follow-up (title and docs) were prompt and accurate. Everyone was courteous and their experience and professionalism shined through., I would definitely buy from Autobahn USA again and highly recommend Mo and his crew. Thanks!

I came to this site to read the reviews only after I found out they sold me a car that had been in a major accident and has a bent sub-frame. I was really surprised (and happy!) to see all of the great reviews here. This is what convinced me to try to work out what I hoped was a mistake. I was still within the used car warranty period and well below the mileage level when I started having all kinds of problems with the car. The car had a clean carfax report, so either the accident was not reported, or it was so recent that it had not yet shown up on the report. Well, I'm very sorry to say they were not at all cooperative. In fact, they did not deny that they knowingly sold me a car that had been in a major accident. They asked me to leave the car with them so that they could have their mechanic look at it, so I did. All they did was try to further hide the evidence by having an auto body shop do some touch ups and they disposed of one tire that had been worn to the metal because of the bent sub-frame. They lied and said a 4 wheel alignment had been done and it hadn't (I called the place they gave a receipt from and was told this car was never put on an alignment r@ck). I have driven less than 100 miles on the new tire and it is almost as worn as the tire they disposed of. They won't take the car back and they don't care that someone could get ki!!ed driving this safety hazard. In all of my dealings with them since the problems were discovered, they have been nothing but sleezy. I am still in process of trying to get a refund on the car (through the arbitration process) but I just wanted to send a warning to those people out there who may be looking at their used cars:
BUYER BEWARE!!!

I never thought I'd ever be able to own the car I purchased at Autobahn USA. Luxury for a price that was affordable to me. The sales men were great....no pressure. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would recommend that anyone that wants to drive an upper class car at a moderate price take a look....theiir inventory is quite extensive. I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted most. Well worth the trip into Boston.

I went to Autobahn to buy 2007 Audi A4 that was advertised. When I went there I saw so many other beautiful cars I got really confused and decided to test drive about 6 cars. My sales person was so friendly, helpful, and patient he went over every car with me in detail, showed me every cars Carfax and any other information he had on the car so I would be able to make an informative decision. I finally purchased a 2006 BMW 325ix and I am thrilled and have been driving the car for about 4 months. I have been to many new and used car dealers in the Boston area and not one of them showed me the kind of respect, patience, courtesy and fair pricing like Autobahn. I have since referred 3 of my friends who have all bought cars from Autobahn and are extremly satisfied.

When I placed that call out to Fred at AutoBahn to inquire about an ad he'd posted, I didn't know that was going to be the end of my quest for a new car after my old one died. The moment we steped in, we were acknowledged and greeted, shown the vehicle and dealt with with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, both my husband and myself were impressed. The sales guys really know what they're doing, and do it well, minus the pushiness!! They lay the facts necessary for the client to make their informed decision without trying to influence it in any way.

When we got down to the nitty gritty, the numbers all added up and made perfect sense, there is no fine print, and no surprises, they remained true to their word of making sure I am driving a car I am comfortible with, and bent over backwards to see to it that this happens. Follow-up skills were remarkable, they call when they say they would, and only refer you to other service providers that live up to their standards. Our needs and those of my brand spanking new Mercedes were met to the dot, I want to specifically name Fred, Khaled and Hisham for their hard work, and the patience they've shown through the process.

I love my new car, and as far as my family is concerned, we've just found our family car dealer, needless to go anywhere else going forward.

AUTOBAHN USA is the most extrodinary dealership I have ever encountered. I mean as a 1st time buyer I have jumped from dealer to dealer but when I found my dream car there I was SET!!!!.. NOT only they have GOOD prices, Their Car are QUALITY 110%. They worked with me step by step even with the credit I had.. They DROPPED ME A GOOOD DEAL. their sales person are very polite understood every deatail what I want how much I was willing to Pay and they worked with me. I feel really excited about my car, matter fact I dont hav to worry whats wrong with the car because deep down in my heart I know they want the best for their customers...When i drove out of the dealership i felt so much confident bout me and my new car, to the point that AUTOBAHN USA was my topic to whomever I spoke with. I strongly recommend this dealership 3 thumbs up!!! My life has completly took a huge turn around Im happy not only I drive a nice car but also knowing if ever I purchase or recommend a place I'd definalty choose AUTOBAHN USA....U GUYS ROCK .....UR MY hero's

I purchased a 2006 Audi A6 Quattro in March 2006. Great place to purchase a pre-owned high end car at a very fair price. Autobahn is very agressive in their pricing and has good relationships with the dealers. I was shopping for a 2005, but they showed me a 2006 nearly at my same target price point. My car (as presumably most) came from an auction. It had 20K miles on it and the price was far better than anything else around. They took the car to my suburban mechanic and the only thing he could find wrong were worn out wiper blades! When you buy used, there will be warts and blemishes. Sam, Alex and their team were very quick to remedy what was reasonable. They were courteous and attentive as we worked a deal, negotiation went much faster than at a dealer. The scratches we found were quickly remedied by the body shop right down the street. The car was cleaner than I'll ever maintain it clean.

The dealership doesn't look like much, but just look at their inventory and you'll be stricken right away by how many $$ are on the lot. Customer service is very high. They handled the registration and inspection (both right down the street) and were always available for me. I had looked at MB 320E about a year ago and we stayed in touch because I kept calling them. No high pressure.

The car drives like a cream puff. I would not only recommend these guys, but would certainly buy from them again. Bravo Autobahn!

After a long hard search for the perfect used Mercedes Benz,, I finally found my car at Autobahn USA. The car was in immaculate conditon inside and out and the price was so good I felt bad about negotiating. I was treated with kindness and respect from everyone I had contact with fromy my Sales Consultant Ed to the Owner Sam. They also gave me an excellent deal on m trade more than anyone else was willing to give me. From now on the only placeI or anyone else in my family will shop for a car is Autobahn USA.

I bought my Mercedes E class from Autobahn USA and they were professional, courteous and gave me an outstanding deal. They beat everyone's prices in the metro boston area and had the best cars in excellent condition.
