When I was viewing Infiniti QX56 SUVs on cars.com, I kept coming across one from Autobahn USA that just seemed too good to be true. It had lower miles and a lower price than similar ones at the Infiniti dealerships (Herb Chambers and Kelly). I initially wrote that one off, telling myself that something HAD to be wrong with it. After visiting the name brand dealerships, I became frustrated at how inflexible they were on their pricing, so I mentioned the QX at Autobahn (that I never intended on buying anyway) as a bargaining chip. I needed some hand in the haggle. I simply got the eyeroll treatment and was told, ??I??d stay away from those guys.?
I went home and toiled over the car decision. I lost sleep over it. I wanted the car, but I wanted a deal too. I read all the online reviews about Autobahn ?? some guy said that he was even challenged to a fight by one of the Autobahn guys! I finally decided to call them and go see the car. I was just going to toss aside my preconceived notions of this slick dealership selling me a crappy car for too much dough. What did I have to lose, an hour or so?...maybe a tooth???
I went down and met Ed (Eduardo ). I never had any high pressure sales pitch. The finance guy (Stacey, I think that was his name) was cool too. I actually had a really pleasant experience buying my car there. I had Ed take the car to Herb Chambers Infiniti for a CPO exam (that I paid for) and Autobahn had no problem doing this for me. That gave me peace of mind, because I was still thinking that the deal was too good to be true.
The service rep @ Herb Chambers knew the vehicle when I called to inform him that they were bringing it over. He said that he services all of their pre-owned Infinitis. The truck got a clean bill of health and I bought it at a wicked good price; 8 grand lower than the same model/year/mileage one at Kelly. No wonder I got the eyeroll over there. They simply can??t hang.
Bottom line ?? I would absolutely go back there for my next car. I highly recommend these guys. I had no issues whatsoever with my purchase. They were professional and courteous. The explained everything to me, line by line. It was great.
The best deal is a deal in which both sides feel like they??re getting the upper hand. This was one of those deals. I saved thousands and thousands over the other dealerships. Obviously they are making their $$$ too, but they didn??t need to bleed me dry like the other dealerships.
My dad sold cars at a brand name dealership for years and he used to have this saying, ??For every seat, there??s an a$$hole to sit in it.? That??s the mentality of the big dealerships. If you don??t buy it at their price, someone else will. It??s just a matter of time. My experience at Autobahn was the opposite of that. They wanted to sell the truck to me and they earned trust and my business.
Now go see for yourself. What??s your time worth?
The salesman that I dealt with his name was Paul, and the guy was an IDIOT! He didn't know a single thing about the car that we were suppose to buy from them. He was also always unavailable when I tried to get ahold of him to ask something about the car. After we dropped off the check he turned into a rather rude person and started talking to me like I was slow. Stacey, the general manager, thinks that hes a tough guy because he was in the marines, I was in the Army, and actually challenged me to a fight when I told him that I was canceling the check for the car. He's a rude prick that thinks he's awesome when he's just a washed up loser. No one should EVER buy a car from these people because they are all bottom of the barrel scum bags that don't deserve the air that they breathe.
Bought my Mini from Autobahn and got the best deal of my life!! The sales guys are the greatest. I gave them a very hard time because I kept haggling the price with them even though they had the lowest price in a 100 mile radius. They did lower it a little to make me happy. I would have bought the car no matter what since it was the cleanest car around and had the exact color and options I was looking for. I totally trust the people at Autobahn they explained the whole process and carefully went over every detail of my contract. I live in the area and every time I pass by I look to see what I should by next all their cars look so good I feel like a child passing by a candy shop. My next car purchase will defiantly be from Autobahn.
Just purchased a 2007 BMW X3 from Autobahn.. This is the 3rd car that I have purchased from them in the past 7 years. They have the best prices around along with the best vehicles in the best condition. It was a pleasure to deal with them and they have been up front and straight forward every time. There are no hidden fees, games or tricks involved. I get all of my families cars detailed by them as well on a bi-monthly basis and every time I am impressed at what an amazing job they do.
Buying a 2005 Toyota Tacoma through Autobahn USA was a very positive experience. Marcos, the sales rep I worked with, was professional, courteous and knowledgable. No hard sell, "what will it take..." speeches, and other negatives usually attributed to the car-buying experience. Just professional follow-up, honest negotiating and a fair price. The administrative follow-up (title and docs) were prompt and accurate. I would definitely buy from Autobahn USA again and highly recommend Mo and his crew.
After searching the Internet and visiting several dealerships I found the exact car I wanted from Autobahn. I was treated like a VIP and the 2006 BMW X5 that I purchased is in excellent condition and drives like a dream. Autobahn made buying a car a stress free sociable event. I not only left with an amazing financing rate, great price for my trade, the exact car and price that I had in mind and felt like I made a couple of friends too. I truly believe there is no other dealer in New England that can provide the service and value that Autobahn delivers.
I would rate this dealership and my salesperson, Kye, A-Plus. Kyle was professional, friendly and very personable. I visited Boston in March 2012, and made an impromptu visit to Autobahn USA. Kyle gave me and my finance a ride in a Land Rover LR2. I decided a few days later to make an offer on that car, but to my dismay it was sold! Kyle said he would let e kow when another Land Rover comparable to my needs was available. About 2 weeks later, Kyle found the perfect Land Rover for e. Based upon his recommendation, his integrity, and the carfax forwarded to me I placed a deposit on the car and signed the purchase agreement before I saw or test drove the car. I flew to Bosto from Dayton, Ohio to test drive the car and to conclude the sale. The car was in excellent condition, had low mileage, and the best price anywhere. Everything was as Kyle promised by phone. Stacey and Kyle had all of the paperwork in order and everything ready for me to take immediate possession of the car. I would recommend them highly ad definitely purchase from this dealership again.
I was referred to Autobahn by a close friend who purchased her 2010 BMW X5 from them 1 year ago. She told me they gave her an excellent price and found her an exceptional interest rate. I first went to Autobahn's website and and found a couple of cars I wanted to test drive. I first contacted them through chat. I spoke with Sara who answered all my question and set-up my appointment. The day of my appointment one of the sales people called to confirm that I would still be coming and go over the cars I wanted to test drive. Two of the cars had been sold but he suggested several other similar cars that had just come in and were not up on their site. The cars sounded even better so I confirmed my appointment and came in for the test drive. When I came in they were swamped yet they were very organized and everyone from the sale people to the customers looked so happy, everybody was smiling and laughing and everyone was being taken care of. Paul who was assigned to me greeted me with a smile and had the three cars I was interested in lined up and ready for a test drive. Paul was extremely informative and knowledgeable about the cars. I ended up falling in love with the 2009 Range Rover Sport. We went back into the office and I was then introduced to Stacey who went over my financing and extended warranty options. I have excellent credit and Stacey was able to get me an interest rate lower than my credit union. I did go ahead an purchase. a bumper to bumper warranty for added protection. After doing a lot of research I discovered it is far better to buy a used car under manufacturers warranty and add a bumper to bumper warranty than it is to buy a certified car. The certified car only protects engine and transmission and the car costs at least $2000 to $3000 more in price. I picked up my car 2 days latter and have been driving it now for over 2 months and I am ecstatic and over joyed every time I look and drive my ar because I got a great deal, exceptional service and a superior interest rate. I have referred two of my friends since who have both purchased from Autobahn and extremely happy with their purchase.
I did much research on line looking for a luxury vehicle.. I found Autobahn USA and actually thought that it must be a scam because there prices were so much lower than anywhere else I found... anyway I decided to take a drive in to waste 2 minutes and drive back home. HOWEVER to my surprise and amazment there prices were for real and there cars were better in person than on there website. I was met by a sales associate named Kyle who took me through my whole purchasing process and made it fun, comfortable and pressure free... I would have actually bought two cars if I could have that day...LOL I highly recommend Autobahn USA... they may be small but there cars, customer service and finance options are far better than any of the other places I have been in my life... and when you get there make sure you ask for Kyle...
My experience purchasing a 2010 Toyota 4 runner from Autobahn USA was extremely pleasurable. Kyle Fowler was great to work with and provided a relaxing, no pressure environment taking the stress out of the car buying process. I highly recommend Autobahn USA and more specifically Kyle.
We bought a great car from Autobahn, in fact, we got a great deal. My problem is with the customer service portion. When you sell a car out of courtesy, you fill up the gas tank. That was never done, we merely got a half a tank. It's just common courtesy. Also it's taken over 8 emails and 4 phone calls to get reimbursed for our 29.00 Inspection Sticker. No return phone calls, no return emails----very bad customer service and we still haven't received out 29.00. We got 1 key and when asked about 2nd key, we were told that's not how they do it. Poor taste, poor customer service. These are the little things that make a huge difference when deciding whether you'll refer a business or go back a 2nd time. I think they should re think their way of doing business.
It was a pleasure doing business with Autobahn. After searching many dealerships throuhgout the Boston area I came across Autobahn where they had several cars that I was interested in. My salesperson was very polite and extremely knowledgeable. He went through each cars pricing, options and extended warranties with me. After I selected the car of my choice, the Finance Manager sat down with me and explained all my financing and warranty choices. I got an unbelievable interest rate and I chose to go with a warranty that extended the manufacturers bumper to bumper warranty. My car was detailed to perfection and registered and delivered to me the very next evening. I have already recommended my sister and another very close friend to them who have both purchased cars from them and are extremely satisfied as well.
My experience with this dealership has been negative across the board. I've spent more time waiting in their office than driving my car, because once you sign that check you're their last priority and they don't care how much of your time they waste. On several occasions, I've been told something will be ready by a certain time and have arrived at that time and had to wait for a half hour or more (usually more). Poor service is one thing though; not only are they disorganized and unpleasant to deal with, but they have no sense of business ethics. They did not clean the car, gave it to me with less than a quarter tank of gas and a broken interior light, registered my car under the wrong address and then told me I had to correct the mistake myself, and after having the car for four days, it broke down with a power steering leak. They fixed the problem but after reassuring me not to worry about the cost of the tow and that they'd pay for the $26 in costs I incurred in highway tolls to get the car towed back from CT where it broke down and a bus ticket for myself, they refused, actually saying they were being extra nice in not charging me a $100 deductible provided by the lemon law and that I was just trying to nickel and dime them even though it was ""only a mere $26"" that I shouldn't care about. In fact, I was not even charging them for the cost of the tow because luckily I had a AAA gold membership. They said they would have paid for the tow-- so what then is the problem with reimbursing me for less?? They said if I paid the $100 deductible they'd be happy to reimburse the $26 and also stated that I could have avoided this fee if I had purchased the extended warranty, which I realized I had never been offered, but they assured me I had because ""the guy who does the paperwork offers it 100% of the time"" (How can you argue with that kind of logic?). After 25 minutes of circuitous arguing, they very reluctantly and quite rudely agreed to reimburse me because ""it wasn't worth arguing,"" but told me that if anything else goes wrong with the car they will be sure to charge me the $100 deductible. And in the end, it took a month more of constant ""reminding"" before they finally mailed the check (and to the wrong address too).
Bottom line-- They're rude and can't be taken at their word. I believe there is a certain way of doing business that involves respect, trust, and accountability; they certainly do not share in this belief. I don't trust their products, and I don't think they deserve your business. If I had any more difficulty with them or the car, I was thinking of returning it. I never write online reviews, but this whole situation has me feeling so jilted and shocked that I made an exception.
I purchased my BMW 535XI 6 days ago from Autobahn. They told me they would not negotiate on price at all, though the deal was already better than anywhere else I could find. The good initial price was the only positive aspect of the shopping experience though in reality its the most important. These are the following negative issues I've had with them.\r
\r
They low-balled me on my trade-in by a huge amount. Even though I was able to negotiate they gave me 8500 for a car worth 10500 on kelly blue book. \r
\r
I have not received my car registration and had to get my car insurance company involved because Autobahn did not give them the correct paperwork. I have called them 5 times to get this rectified and they keep promising to fix it, again I have not gotten it.. (You have 7 days from the purchase to get the new registration).\r
\r
They gave me my car with no inspection sticker and half a tank of gas. Told me it was my responsibility to get the sticker and fill up the gas. \r
\r
They promised to get me an owners manual because for some reason they never ordered one for the vehicle I purchased, I have yet to receive that as well.\r
\r
I didn't ask beforehand but they only gave me 1 key and told me it was my responsibility to purchase a second one. Every other vehicle I have ever purchased came with 2 keys and their response ""that's how we keep our prices low."" \r
\r
So to sum up, I got a good deal on the car I wanted but its been a nightmare trying to deal with the small stuff since then.
I worked with Kyle at Autobahn USA when I was recently in the market for a BMW in May 2011. I found the car online and Kyle was one of the people who contacted me. On the phone he was very honest and he went to bat for me on getting a great price for my trade-in. After considering other dealerships closer to my home, I decided to go with Autobahn for my 2008 BMW 528xi because of the staff and the deal we worked out.
Overall I would definitely recommend this dealership and Kyle as a salesperson.
I went out on Monday, May 16, just hoping to browse a few dealerships to see if they had anything I may be interested in. My first stop was Autobahn USA, where I was greeted by Kyle Fowler. \r
\r
This was my first experience buying a car through a dealership so I wasnt sure on what to expect, but Kyle and the rest of the Autobahn employees were professional, made me feel welcome, and by the end of my first stop, helped me drive away, that same day, in an Infiniti G35. Kyle was very friendly, informative, and worked with me a lot to make it sure I could drive home in the car the same day.\r
\r
I would stongly recommend this dealership for anyone looking for a used car.
When I purchased my 2007 BMW 328xi from Autobahn USA a few weeks ago,I was completely satisfied with the whole experience. I was greeted by the sales person Michael and he helped me with everything I was looking for with quality recommendations when required. He was very friendly and professional and made it easy for me to make a final decision to purchase my Car within few hours after the test drive on the same day. Overall, the staff at Autobahn USA made my buying experience very comfortable and I never felt pressurized. I would recommend this dealership based on the fact that they have excellent choices of luxurious vehicles at affordable price and a great staff to help make the buying of a vehicle so simple and enjoyable.
After doing a lot of research on the net to locate the best deal on a car for my wife, I decided to call several dealerships. Autobahn USA was by far the most helpful. They discussed details on the cars available, and were also knowledgeable on how to complete interstate sales. My wife and I decided to make the run down to Boston to take a look at a couple vehicles. Mike our sales person was very helpful in explaining features and options on the cars in which we were interested. Well, in the end we found a car that was beyond our expectations. The condition of the car is excellent, the options terrific, and the price very fair. We closed the deal and looked forward to delivery. The business office people did a great job getting me the paperwork I needed to register the car. Thanks to the guys at Autobahn my wife is now driving a dream car. I look forward to doing business in the future. Thanks
I was refereed to Autobahn by several of my friends who work at other new car dealerships in the Boston area. They all told me that Autobahn is the only place to go for a used luxury car in Boston. I first researched them on the Better Business Bureau and found that they have an excellent record. All the other used car dealers had very poor ratings and many complaints. When I finally went to Autobahn they were extremely busy but at the same time the Sales Manager made sure he hooked me up with one of his sales guys. Kelly my sales rep was excellent!!! He showed me three of the cars I was interested in an Audi A4, Bmw 3 series and a Mercedes C class. All three cars were stunning and drove like they were new and the prices were very reasonable. He pulled out all the records on all of the cars as well as their carfax history. The Mecredes C Class was the car I finally decided to buy. I had it checked out by the Mercedes dealership. The car passed with flying colors. Now came the hard part getting me financed. I have a few credit issues but Autobahn managed to get me financed and at a great rate as well. The only thing which worried me a little was that Autobahn does not like to take deposits on their cars and that probably is because they sell everything in their inventory so fast. So make sure that if you see a car that you like just go for it and buy it because it will most likely be gone by the time you come back. It's 3 weeks now that I am driving my car and it is pure luxury on wheels.
When you're young with money these folks give you no respect. I came in alone bought a BMW. The things i wanted fix before pick up was not done. The sales guy and finance guy gave me the run around after i signed my name for like a week and a half. When i called the service guy he asked me what is my motive, do you want trouble? thats what he asked me. had the car, 3 days later i had to service it. people buy a car to drive not to put in the shop after 3 days. I would never go back nor recommend anyone to this shitty place.
I bought my VW Touareg through Autobahn USA - guys gave me a great deal, were friendly, honest and reliable, and absolutely no pushy. Got my auto loan through them, too - got a very nice rate, much lower than in VW dealerships. Car was missing manual and has a dirty floor mat - got everything (including a new floor mats) from them a week or two later. Exact opposite of common ""used car salesman"". A great wine with no aftertaste.
Pros: Nice service, great deals, friendly and competent staff
Cons: small parking lot
Buying a 2005 Toyota Tacoma through Autobahn USA was a very positive experience. Marcos, the sales rep I worked with, was professional, courteous and knowledgable. No hard sell, no pressure, ""what will it take..."" speeches, and other negatives usually attributed to the car-buying experience. Just professional follow-up, honest negotiating and a very fair price. The administrative follow-up (title and docs) were prompt and accurate. Everyone was courteous and their experience and professionalism shined through., I would definitely buy from Autobahn USA again and highly recommend Mo and his crew. Thanks!
Pros: Straight-forward, honest and courteous
I came to this site to read the reviews only after I found out they sold me a car that had been in a major accident and has a bent sub-frame. I was really surprised (and happy!) to see all of the great reviews here. This is what convinced me to try to work out what I hoped was a mistake. I was still within the used car warranty period and well below the mileage level when I started having all kinds of problems with the car. The car had a clean carfax report, so either the accident was not reported, or it was so recent that it had not yet shown up on the report. Well, I'm very sorry to say they were not at all cooperative. In fact, they did not deny that they knowingly sold me a car that had been in a major accident. They asked me to leave the car with them so that they could have their mechanic look at it, so I did. All they did was try to further hide the evidence by having an auto body shop do some touch ups and they disposed of one tire that had been worn to the metal because of the bent sub-frame. They lied and said a 4 wheel alignment had been done and it hadn't (I called the place they gave a receipt from and was told this car was never put on an alignment r@ck). I have driven less than 100 miles on the new tire and it is almost as worn as the tire they disposed of. They won't take the car back and they don't care that someone could get ki!!ed driving this safety hazard. In all of my dealings with them since the problems were discovered, they have been nothing but sleezy. I am still in process of trying to get a refund on the car (through the arbitration process) but I just wanted to send a warning to those people out there who may be looking at their used cars:\r
BUYER BEWARE!!!
Pros: they sell good name brand cars
Cons: they are dishonest and sell cars that have been in major accidents
I never thought I'd ever be able to own the car I purchased at Autobahn USA. Luxury for a price that was affordable to me. The sales men were great....no pressure. I wouldn't go anywhere else and I would recommend that anyone that wants to drive an upper class car at a moderate price take a look....theiir inventory is quite extensive. I had a hard time deciding which one I wanted most. Well worth the trip into Boston.
I went to Autobahn to buy 2007 Audi A4 that was advertised. When I went there I saw so many other beautiful cars I got really confused and decided to test drive about 6 cars. My sales person was so friendly, helpful, and patient he went over every car with me in detail, showed me every cars Carfax and any other information he had on the car so I would be able to make an informative decision. I finally purchased a 2006 BMW 325ix and I am thrilled and have been driving the car for about 4 months. I have been to many new and used car dealers in the Boston area and not one of them showed me the kind of respect, patience, courtesy and fair pricing like Autobahn. I have since referred 3 of my friends who have all bought cars from Autobahn and are extremly satisfied.
Pros: Great Prices, Excellent Cars, Honesty & Integrity, Full Disclosure
Just a wonderful place! I have never bought a car from a better place. These guys are great. Thankyou Ed, Fred, and Kelly!!!
When I placed that call out to Fred at AutoBahn to inquire about an ad he'd posted, I didn't know that was going to be the end of my quest for a new car after my old one died. The moment we steped in, we were acknowledged and greeted, shown the vehicle and dealt with with the utmost professionalism and courtesy, both my husband and myself were impressed. The sales guys really know what they're doing, and do it well, minus the pushiness!! They lay the facts necessary for the client to make their informed decision without trying to influence it in any way.\r
\r
When we got down to the nitty gritty, the numbers all added up and made perfect sense, there is no fine print, and no surprises, they remained true to their word of making sure I am driving a car I am comfortible with, and bent over backwards to see to it that this happens. Follow-up skills were remarkable, they call when they say they would, and only refer you to other service providers that live up to their standards. Our needs and those of my brand spanking new Mercedes were met to the dot, I want to specifically name Fred, Khaled and Hisham for their hard work, and the patience they've shown through the process.\r
\r
I love my new car, and as far as my family is concerned, we've just found our family car dealer, needless to go anywhere else going forward.\r
\r
Good job you guys!!!\r

Siham and Dhafir Jihad

Autobahn USA is a very professional car dealership around the area, They gave me an outstanding deal and there customer service is outstanding. They have the best cars in excellent condition and great prices, I would certainly buy from them again. GREAT JOB AutoBahn USA\r
\r
Pros: Excellent Staff
Cons: Needs More Parking space
AUTOBAHN USA is the most extrodinary dealership I have ever encountered. I mean as a 1st time buyer I have jumped from dealer to dealer but when I found my dream car there I was SET!!!!.. NOT only they have GOOD prices, Their Car are QUALITY 110%. They worked with me step by step even with the credit I had.. They DROPPED ME A GOOOD DEAL. their sales person are very polite understood every deatail what I want how much I was willing to Pay and they worked with me. I feel really excited about my car, matter fact I dont hav to worry whats wrong with the car because deep down in my heart I know they want the best for their customers...When i drove out of the dealership i felt so much confident bout me and my new car, to the point that AUTOBAHN USA was my topic to whomever I spoke with. I strongly recommend this dealership 3 thumbs up!!! My life has completly took a huge turn around Im happy not only I drive a nice car but also knowing if ever I purchase or recommend a place I'd definalty choose AUTOBAHN USA....U GUYS ROCK .....UR MY hero's
Pros: Manger is so cool....good friend of mine already
Cons: dealership so packed no parking space..
I purchased a 2006 Audi A6 Quattro in March 2006. Great place to purchase a pre-owned high end car at a very fair price. Autobahn is very agressive in their pricing and has good relationships with the dealers. I was shopping for a 2005, but they showed me a 2006 nearly at my same target price point. My car (as presumably most) came from an auction. It had 20K miles on it and the price was far better than anything else around. They took the car to my suburban mechanic and the only thing he could find wrong were worn out wiper blades! When you buy used, there will be warts and blemishes. Sam, Alex and their team were very quick to remedy what was reasonable. They were courteous and attentive as we worked a deal, negotiation went much faster than at a dealer. The scratches we found were quickly remedied by the body shop right down the street. The car was cleaner than I'll ever maintain it clean.\r
\r
The dealership doesn't look like much, but just look at their inventory and you'll be stricken right away by how many $$ are on the lot. Customer service is very high. They handled the registration and inspection (both right down the street) and were always available for me. I had looked at MB 320E about a year ago and we stayed in touch because I kept calling them. No high pressure.\r
\r
The car drives like a cream puff. I would not only recommend these guys, but would certainly buy from them again. Bravo Autobahn!
Pros: price, inventory, courteous staff
Cons: parking
After a long hard search for the perfect used Mercedes Benz,, I finally found my car at Autobahn USA. The car was in immaculate conditon inside and out and the price was so good I felt bad about negotiating. I was treated with kindness and respect from everyone I had contact with fromy my Sales Consultant Ed to the Owner Sam. They also gave me an excellent deal on m trade more than anyone else was willing to give me. From now on the only placeI or anyone else in my family will shop for a car is Autobahn USA.
Pros: Clean immaculate automobiles, great choices, friendly and helpful staff, very honest and proefessional staff, no pressure sales
I bought my Mercedes E class from Autobahn USA and they were professional, courteous and gave me an outstanding deal. They beat everyone's prices in the metro boston area and had the best cars in excellent condition.
Pros: excellent service, pristine cars, outstanding value
