Paper Store

I have been a long time client of the Paper Store in Framingham. Last week, I tried returning a package of "silly bands" that I purchased for my daughter, because they were too small. They did not fit her, because the silly bands were defective, too small for even the smallest wrists. The manager would not take them back, his name is Mark. I asked him if it was worth losing a client over $5.99 and he responded, actually they were $2.99, because they were on sale. I asked then, is it worth it to lose a client over $2.99? and he said "yes, we cannot take them back". He was rude, he left me talking to myself, and walked away with my receipt and defective sillly bands, that I had to stop him so he would give me back my things. He did not return my receipt, he kept it!!!

I really like the paper store. They have books, ornaments, a great selection of Vera Bradley, VB jewelry, and much more. This is a great place to stop by and buy a gift for someone.

I love the Paper Store in Framingham! I was not familiar with it until I stopped in for cards. It is so much more than a card store! There are wonderful gift items...jewelry, books, toys, baby clothes, candles, and the complete line of Vera Bradley bags. They also have CROCS in styles that I have never seen anywhere else. Check out this store.

I love the paper store. The prices are little high but you're definitely getting good stuff. They have everything you can imagine, from little stocking stuffers at christmas to stuff for knitting during the cold months. The store is an absolute must to shop in.
