Cranberry Cafe

Now, living in NYC I get ample opportunity to sample good coffee, but none of it, I repeat none, measures up to the Mocha Blast I can get in this Southie cafe.

Stumbling upon it by surprise while strolling in the area on a way too hot day, this place has a mocha blast from heaven that makes me seriously consider making the eight hour round trip ride for a $5 taste of deliciousness.

I would highly recommend it, however, it may be addictive.

A Broadway coffee shop with a SoHo feel, "the Cranberry" is always worth the trip. The coffee's as fresh as the owner, Cathi Walsh, whose sharp wit and great smile always make this a fun stop. Great food, from fresh fruit through soups and hot and cold sandwiches. Check out the daily Weight Watchers special!
