Tigerlilly Day Spa & Salon

I have never had a bad experience at Tigerlilly's. I have had to change appointments at the last minute do to emergencies and there has never been a problem. Thier place is spotless! The people are always kind and courteous. I always feel so much better when I leave then when I arrive. My hair looks great and I have more compliments on how they style it to my face and how much slimmer it makes me look. I would, and do recommend all aspects of their business
to friends, family and colleagues.

I've been to MANY spas and this one is by far the best. The owners are wonderful and treat everyone like family, often being so kind as to do such things as treating a good customer to a massage on the house if their having a bad day. The employees are friendly and quite knowledgable in their personal fields. The previous review was clearly left by someone who has probably never set foot inside of a spa. The Tigerlilly pedicure room is rather large with two high-tech chairs complete with recliner and massage capabilities. Anyone who frequents spas knows it's very rare to have a pedicure in a "private room". Also, Tigerlilly can't control the children of its other customers. I'm also confused as to why the previous reviewer did not simply tell the owners that their visit was unsatisfactory, rather than complaining about it in an online forum. They would have gotten a full refund, but I suppose ignorance is bliss. All and all, Tigerlilly is an extremely satisfying and relaxing experience. The employees go above and beyond to fullfill every client's wishes and expectations.

Went there for a pedicure because a friend had given it a rave review. When I got there, I was kept waiting an extra ten minutes AND I had to share my pedicure room with another woman. No divider between the chairs and her daughters kept popping in and out of the room. Not a very relaxing experience at all. Additionally, the woman doing my pedicure is from the town we recently moved to and discussed her daughter's intelligence level until I was blue in the face.

I would not go back there again. I might go for a manicure, but the pedicure I had was not a private, nor a very relaxing time and that is what I was paying for.

PROS: easy to get to--lots of parking
CONS: very dark parking lot if leaving later at night
