Very fresh and they are always at the top of their game. The traditional kimono dress and lack of spoons for the Miso, make it quite nice to be a part of. Great Japansese food, and surprisingly authentic, not Americanized. Traditional Japanese atmosphere, including kimono-clad waitresses. Best to park on side streets which is free for up to two hours. The food is genuine Japanese, and it's quite tasty. This non seafood-eating patron was quite happy with edamame and chicken.
