Appearently under new management and we are all the worse off because of it. The fourteen point oil change now takes about 30 seconds and left me wondering what else they didn't do in addition to not cleaning my exterior windshield (the last point on the fourteen point oil change). They said I needed anti-freeze and told me it would cost $7. Why then was I charged $17 for it? Well, it seems the manufacturer and dealership for my van are all idiots and I'm living in the twilight zone to think that all this time my anti freeze has been green. It should have really been red, like the stuff they put in it. Yes, the new cars must have the new red stuff and I have never had the green kind. I should know better than to trust my lying eyes. They don't even take your information anymore, so it's a sure bet that I will not be getting my reminder card in the mail letting me know that its close to getting another change. The genius in charge knows my anti freeze has always been red since I bought my van in '04, but couldn't be bothered to look and realize that it wasn't a Chevy, but a GMC. Then to show me this new red stuff I've always had, he goes around the shop and pours three different "Lord knows what" on his bare hands trying to find the red stuff. Umm...it's red. To top all this off, as I was driving out, I had to remind them to put one of those stickers in the inside corner of my windshield that informs of the next time you should get another change. I used to go here because it was the closest place that could accomodate a nine passenger conversion van. I hear there is another Kwik Lube in Randolph that can do the same, so I guess from now on I'll be taking a little bit of a ride for my oil changes. It boggles my mind that they would be this bad at service when the base of their business will be returning customers of the old management. There was another man that pulled his car in after me and left with the same thought I had: "You only get over on me once".
