1 Stars: pissed offed (by jerry v.)

the sales women was good, however the follow-up by the higher ups is at best pretty poor and sarcastic [when it comes post purchase problems].I run a disable vets home and need dependable transportation. In less than 2 weeks the back window collapsed and there were problems with the brakes[someone else is looking into them].I know they didn`t look at the brakes and after telling me to bring the van in so that they could determine the window problem, they NEVER even touched the window to see what happened, instead accused me of basically breaking it.Once you have the vehicle, their policy is to avoid you at any costs.Go elsewhere if you need ANY vehicle!!!!!!!

1 Stars: Horrible experience (by MarkB B.)

I was interested in a used car at McLaughlin Chevy that I saw online. The salesman and I (with the salesman talking to the mgr each time) negotiated to a fair price for me to buy the car. I said I was very interested but it was not quite where I wanted to be and I wanted to talk with my wife that night. I left a deposit and was told the car would not be sold until 12:00 the next day. I spoke to the salesman at 12:15 the next day and asked him to confirm that the scratches on the hood would be repaired as he assured me the day before. When he called me back, after talking to the mgr, I was told that the deal was off. According to the salesman, it was off because the price did not include fixing the scratches (the first item we agreed would be done for me to buy). Later, I spoke to the mgr and was told the deal was off because I did not call back before 12:00 even though the agreement was only that the car would not be sold to anyone else before noon and not that the deal would be gone. I have never heard of such a thing and the mgr insulted me before hanging up on me. Two days after this experience I found a similar car except it had less miles, more options and was priced at the agreed price I thought I had with McLaughlin. I would only shop here if you are interested in wasting a day of your time - and this car is still in their lot but as I found there are many better deals out there.

3 Stars: Sales Dept great - service not so good (by Wendy W.)

I bought a car here quite a few years ago. They sales man was wonderful, however, the service left alot to be desired. I was not very happy with service at all. It's not just about the sale, but what happens afterward that matters.

5 Stars: New and Used Automobile Purchase (by Bill B.)

I have been dealing with this dealership for 3 years. I know the President and the entire management team. Yes they are an automobile dealer but they are unique in that they have the best interest of the buyer in mind. Yes that may sound strange but it is true. They truely want you, the buyer to be happy with your purchase. There is no hard selling at this dealership, you take your time and make up your own mind.
