In response to the previous post - the only way you will get a ticket in the West Boylston Cinema parking lot is if you park in a handicap spot, park on a walkway, or park outside the lined parking spaces in a fire lane.

This is a small cinema which runs mainly movies that are not
brand new, but have recently left the major theatres. They do not
show all movies.

This is a nice place to see a movie at a reasonable price. If you
go at matinee, the price is the lowest (about 3.50 a person prior
to 5 or 6pm). They also run a bargain Tuesday when you can go
at any time for the matinee price (or a bit lower). If you go in
the evening, you will pay a bit more (about 5.00 per ticket).

Keep in mind that they do not run 3D movies as they don't have
3D capacity.

Otherwise, the theatre is fine (not fancy but clean).

They have a small icecream machine (right past where you
show your ticket) where you can buy an icecream for about
1.25 to about 2.25....they are small but name brand.

Check out their website or call them for the exact ticket prices
and the exact time the matinee is over.........this info is
an approximation.

They do accept debit/credit cards.

They now run some ads before the previews, which is a little
annoying but it is still a great place to see a movie and save
money.

They are in the same plaza as Walmart.

Avoid West Boylston Cinema unless you want an expensive evening out. My wife and I went out the other night and braved the pouring rain. I thought it was a cheap date ;-) by I was wrong. Don't make the mistake I did.

While you can save money on the movie tickets, the West Boylston police are on a rampage ticketing cars in the lot. YES! They are ticketing cars in a private parking lot. The movie cost me $10 for my wife and I. The parking cost us $35. The police claim my SUV was parked on a yellow line. I got tagged for double parking which is $35.00. There is not right of appeal on the ticket or town web site.

I called the theater manager and he told me there was a lot of that going on. People were always getting tickets in that lot. I asked him what they would do about it. He told me it was my problem. When I told my friends, they said it happened to their daughter too.

West Boylston wins! They got my $35. If you don't pay you can't register your car or renew you license. The businesses lose. I will never patronize a West Boylston business again. When the police can randomly tag cars in private parking lots, you know you need to avoid the town and its businesses.

This is an excellent second run movie cinema. The prices are phenomenal on the films and feature at $3 bargain Tuesday. The concession stand is reasonable, too. Still more expensive than, say, sneaking in snacks, but you'll be much less tempted to here. The people working there are very friendly and the theaters are neat and clean. You'll be surprised at the films being featured at any given time. They do sometimes offer first run movies as well. This is a very popular little cinema and one you can well afford to take the family to again and again.

They have comfortable and stadium style seating with great Dolby Digital Sound system and customer service is great too. I dont think you can watch all the newly released movies on the first day of its release in this theater but you really cant beat the prices almost half the price from some regular chain movie theaters.
