I love the convenience and quality of this grocery store. Where you run into neighbors and catch up on community news! Today I am trying the delivery option for the first time. The local family owned business is a plus in a small town community.

They always have their prices marked wrong and then they overcharge you. Ths has happend to me on more than one time. And then the management doesnt even care. Also my wife bought some chicken thhere and it was slimey. Go to a regular grocery store unless your out of something.

This store has the very best homemade potato salad, cole slaw and macaroni salad in at least a 25 mile radius!! I will drive out of my way and shop here just for that reason alone!

I agree that the management of Rolands needs to go. They are, in my opinion, incompetent and utterly out of touch with the concept of customer service. I live close by but take my business elsewhere because of several (not one, but several) instances where they were nonresponsive to questions and issues, including one that involved the presence of unsafe food on the shelves that they neglected to remove after I had informed them of the problem the previous day. The manager Cindy is completely incompetent. My guess is that the store personnel or owners are so out of touch that they'll never see these reviews, not to mention institute changes needed.

I have been shopping at Roland's for years, the staff is wonderful however its the management I have found questionable. Recently my husband and I were involved in quite a dispute over the purchase of some Luvs baby wipes. We were given incorrect change,$10.00 less to be exact, and when we brought this to the store managers' attention we were told this would be taken care of immediately. Well, needless to say, it's been 5 days, I haven't received a phone call. So basically my $4.23 baby wipes cost me $14.23. Now to me not only is that bad customer service, that's just bad for business. I've called several times with no response. Is that how Roland Peliter trained his daughter to run a business or is this the new economy buster.

Roland's is a smalltown grocery store. The people are extremely friendly and very helpful. I once made a comment walking through the meat section that I'd like to see ground chicken, the next week they had ground chicken.
