Audio Install

I had a few things install by the Geek Sqaud, and i am very thankful for them taking their time and even though they worked until 10:30 pm, three hours after the audio install close to finish up installing the remote/keyless entry. I knew it would take a long time,but hey it's better for them to take their time and do it right or have them install it wrong.

I had Actuators install on all four doors, since my 08 ford focus didn't have power locks.

THEY DON'T CARE

they don't answer there phones. horrible time trying to contact a human. spent over twenty minutes trying get a loner phone while the crappy phone they sold me was being repaired via there service plan. they never make it right. i was told by the geek squad that i didn't qualify for a loner phone. although it says it on the contract. so i actually believed them. also the germantown cell phone department is extremely incompetent. don't go.

disrespect

Nothing good to say about them .They have my computer since January and if you go to ask what is going on operation manager does not know how to talk .She only knows how to SHSHSHS people.What a way to talk to customers JULIA .I just want to know how did she get to be operation manager when there is so many friendly clerks at Gaithersburg best buy who will go that extra mile to help a customer and that is my own experience.Now if anybody knows how can i get my computer back since i paid for something i don't use please help.I really feel robbed and also greatly disrespected from that best buy.

great service (except for the geek squad issue above, I have never worked with geek squad), and people who are generally very knowledgable abou the technology. Very nice looking store that is kept clean. I enjoy the time spent in this best buy

We will never use Geek Squad

Made an appointment with Geek Squad for 1:15 Monday. We received a call to tell us that they couldn't get a hold of the agent who was going to help us set up. So they offered the
following day to get it done. But unfortunately we couldn't take more time off especially last minute, so they offered 4:30 the same day so we made arrangements to stay home four hours longer. At 4:30 i received a call telling me that no one could make it at 4:30 and moved our appointment to 5:00. So we moved things farther back to be available for the Geek Squad agent. At 5:16 we
received a call telling us that they wouldn't be able to come till 5:30 but i had already left for the office, and my spouse was waiting and called to cancel the 5:30 appointment because he had to leave for class and was told that we may fined for canceling the appointment. I am just surprised and upset.
I called Monday evening around 6:00pm to get this solved but after talking for about ten minutes we were no closer to getting this solved and my work was needing my attention so i asked the person on the phone to have a supervisor to call me back, it never happened.
