Three days after putting my home on the market, my air conditioning stopped working. I called Ron and he came out the same day, had all the parts he needed, and got everything working in under an hour! Fantastic work and cordial. Thank you Ron. Thank you Cool Breeze.

I replaced my OLD HVAC unit with a top of the line Bryant Evolution system. Ron Tolbert (owner) from Cool Breeze helped identify the proper unit for my home to maximize efficiency, tax credits and BGE rebates. The installation was performed by his mechanics and ron converted the gas valve for propane and performed the system test. He offered the best price as well, because he does have a bunch of sales reps gauging people for huge commission checks.

I got a great price, on a great system that was professionally installed and properly converted to propane. Give Cool Breeze a call if you want to leverage his experience and cut out the sales rep on your next HVAC purchase.

The owner of this business is Ron. He is a friendly guy who likes to chat with his customers. Because of this he is never on time for his calls or doesn't show up at all!! It is horrible when you have no AC and you cannot rely on a company to show up to fix it!! AND, after I had a major installation done, I found out after switching to another service that they made some careless mistakes in the installation that had to be repaired. And don't dare bring up any mistakes made on the job...Ron will blow his stack!! He needs to seriously research an anger management program. Do not use this business unless you just want a friendly guy to chat with, or someone who barks back at you if you have a complaint.

My AC was broke and I have received 8 bids from different contractors including home depot and Sears. Their quote is far more the best bid among those and the product is good. within 2 days after I contacted them, they installed Bryant unit and coil in my house. very efficient. The unit works good so far, very quiet. The staff is friendly. Price is good, unit they offer is decent and the service is quick and good. I would use them again or highly recommend them. The only downside is they don't seem to very organize with paper work, but this is very minor comparing with the service that I got.

More update:
One month after they installed the new AC and coil, my AC unit starts making very loud noise. I remember they mentioned there will be a follow up appointment to check make sure the unit work properly but they never show up. I called them report the problem.
The service guy came out and checked on the unit. Then he came up and told me to pay. I was shock and asked what do I need pay for. He said he found a piece of metal jam in the furnace, he pulled it out and fix the noise. So I have to pay for the repair. This is rediculous. First of all, I asked them come out for a follow up appointment on the new AC I purchased from them. If they found something different, they should have explain to me the problem and provided me an estimate cost and see if I want to use them to repair or not. By law, they need to provide estimate before they can charge customer. Then he called the owner Ron. Ron said he can offer $149 service contract two visit per year which I am not sure how it works. So I asked him send me the paper through email so I can take a look.

After two days, the unit makes loud noise again. Obviously, it was not fixed. So I called them again to report the same issue. They sent out a different guy. He pulled out another piece of metal then said I will need to pay $79. This is outragous.
1. The first service guy did not give me the correct disgostic, he only pulled out one piece of broken metal then try to charge me without giving estimate and my authorization. I called them to come out just for the new unit installation check out. By contract, they should come out check on the new unit. But they try to charge me without informing me the problem and my authorization

2. They tried to charge me for the problem that they did not fixed correcly the first time. Or they should at least inform me what the problem are and asked me how I would like to proceed.

They are aweful and the owner is very rude. All he cares is to get the money into his pockey then walk away.

Avoid using this contractor. They are very unethical. If I can give them no star, I will.

I tried to schedule an appointment on two separate occasions with this company. They came so highly recommended! Both times they called to reschedule and when I asked that they come on a Saturday to make up for canceling the appointment, they refused. They are a Monday through Friday company only, and no late afternoon hours, otherwise you pay overtime or emergency rates. If you have a job and take the afternoon off to be home for an appointment chances are they wont show up. They clearly don't need new clients, so if you haven't used them before and they don't know you, forget it!

Cool Breeze replaced my air and heating system this past weekend and I'm VERY happy I went with them. They charged a fair price, installed just what my house needed, and had great servicemen who didn't mess up the floor and worked straight through the day until the job was complete. They were $3,000 less than what Sears quoted (their salesman drove up in a new Cadillac Escalade!), and didn't install ripped ductwork like our last company, Bethesda Refrigeration.

A couple things I really liked about my experience: Ron is a straight shooter. Didn't try to sell a bunch of equipment I didn't need or a fancy system that doesn't make sense for my house. Second, the hardware works. Third, they did a really clean install ?? everything is taped up, organized, and tidy. My previous system looked like Frankenstein's monster.

When the time comes to replace my hot water heater, I'm probably going to go back to Cool Breeze. I'm glad I had a good experience, because when you spend this much money, everyone deserves it.

Excellent, dependable staff, and reasonable prices competitive for this area. Very honest. A new heat pump unit inside and out was installed for me after I'd obtained three quotes. The work was done well and the only thing I'd check for is to be sure it's a unit that will bring in outside air when you don't want heat or air conditioning because the unit I have does not do this and in the spring and fall it's nice to have air circulating even when no heat or cooling is needed.

We were checking around for duct cleaning services and found this one. The price was in par with most of the heating and cooling companies but for free of charge they would clean the dryer vent also. It was on promotion. Recommended for their service and staff's knowledge on cleaning ducts.
