I have been renting apartments downtown Baltimore for about 5 years, I have been with Mount Vernon Properties for two years. The service you get is excellent, from the office staff down to the maintenance dept., really a five star rental agent.They have some great looking and good size apartments. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have been renting from Fisher for a year now, and they are far and away the best company I have ever rented from. Their apartments are reasonably priced, and they are amazingly quick to respond to maintenance requests. I recently signed on for another year, which is typical for them--they have many multi-year renters. After years of sub-par and downright idiotic landlords, they are a breath of fresh air. I recommend them to everyone I know looking for apartments!
