I am writing to you about the exceptional experience my boyfriend and I had in purchasing our first home through Long and Foster. My boyfriend, Tony Mims and I were in the market for our very first home in early 2005. Being potential "first time home owners" was a scary thought for both of us. Never the less we decided it would be a great opportunity, pursued the idea and started to "shop the market." In doing so, we were referred by a friend of ours to one of your agents, Mike Klijanowicz. Off the bat, Mike immediately met with us and determined our needs and expectations for our ideal home. We met at his office and looked at options we didn't even know were possible. As I said, being first-time home owners is scary. Mike recognized how we felt and without hesitation, eased our concerns and began to search. Any questions we had, he was right there to answer. Mike's professional manner ensured our confidence and at the same time his personal and caring personality ensured our trust. In no time, October rolled around and we were excited about a house that we decided is "THE ONE." We were confident that Mike would help us talk to the right people for inspections and loans and that he did. He made our experience carefree. Mike took care of all the "behind the scenes" work for us and all we had to do is show up and sign the papers. At that point, on October 13th, 2005, we were the proud owners of our very first house on 2618 Burridge Road in Parkville.""After settlement, though we were so busy moving stuff in, Mike called to check up with us. Can you imagine my surprise when we received that call? I had no idea we would even be hearing from him again. But indeed we did. His concern with how the move was going and his encouragement and reassurance that everything was going to work out wonderfully with our new home was great. I must say, I had my doubts that the entire home buying experience would be a walk in the park, but thanks to Mike and his help, it was. Since then, we have been Mike's #1 fans and referred him to anyone we know who is in the market for a new home.""Mike Klijanowicz is a wonderful asset to the Long and Foster Team. His professionalism in the job and his caring disposition has instilled our confidence in him and the Long and Foster name for years to come.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Michael Klijanowicz and the Long and Foster team for your help and expertise on our recent sale of my house (24 Ballyhaunis Court in Mays Chapel). I dont know what we would have done without your assistance. His market knowledge and efforts to keep up with all the details of the transaction during the process, both prior to, and after the closing was greatly appreciated.
I have found Michael to be very detail-oriented, competent, and perceptive as it relates to fulfilling our requirement. He went above and beyond the duties of a Real Estate Agent. I was out of the state during the entire process and he was able to hire a locksmith, cleaning service, and a landscaper at a reasonable price.
I would certainly add my name to the growing list of satisfied clients who have successfully worked with Michael. Id like to voice my appreciation for the professional services rendered and look forward to working with Michael and the Long and Foster team again in the future.

When my husband and I were eager to start our new home search, we immediately went to Long and Foster in Nottingham off of Belair Road. Upon arriving, the receptionist gave us an uncomfortable stare as if we were in wrong office. Upon meeting the "realtor" we were given lists of names of possible financial institutions. We were "shot down" from the very beginning and hinting that we were not in a positive stage to buy a home. The realtor was not even interested in providing us details of his decision or anything. My husband insists that we were the wrong "skin color" and that is how they treated us. They were rude and it didn't look like they had it in their hearts the desire to even help us.
PROS: they have a website that you can search the homes, without going this.
CONS: Rude staff. Perhaps they need to make it more multicultural.
