Pizza Place

...But if it's upscale dining you want, why are you looking behind a used car lot?

(I don't mean to play on stereotypes, but seriously...)

That said, the pizza is excellent, and they offer a variety of toppings.

The price is quite reasonable, too. And you can feel good about yourself for supporting a locally owned small business.

The atmosphere is a bit blue-collar, which I like - and find rather appropriate, it being a pizza place and all - but others might not (it really is behind* a used car lot, which I think is hilarious...).

*Actually in the neighboring strip mall, behind some freestanding retail space.

I really like their Calzones and there pizza is good as well. We order from the fairly regularly. The inside dining is a bit dated, but it is surviving in a mostly empty shopping center, so it can't be too bad.

I dont mind Cetrone's. Its always had the same great pizza. Their subs arent bad either. The dining room is definetely casual but who needs a snotty waiter kneeling down at your table to take your order? Its a simple restaurant which is hard to find.

Without going into all the nasty details I will give you a run down of the specific things that spoiled my appetite:

1)Sadly, no delicious Italian Aroma, as we walk in the door, just a smelly, dirty, musy odor that lingered, and I couldnt pinpoint where it could be coming from. 'Maybe the carpet', was my conclusion.

2)No friendly greeting as we entered, just a blank stare from the girl behind the counter.

3)Our waitress who was poorly attired in her oversized t-shirt, jeans, scraped up hair in a ponytail, and flip-flops (I could see that attire at a tiki bar), had that ' wish I wasnt here look' !

4)Salad ~ Not cold or crisp as I was so anticipating. Room temp, bland, and tasted like dry bag salad, with a packet (like chik- -fil a serves) alongside...no homemade stuff for this place.

5)The fork and filthy greasy knife that accompanied the salad...lets just say I should have walked out at that moment but with a hungry husband and child I wanted to give this restaurant a 2nd chance.
Maybe the Pizza will be great, and Ill forget all these little flaws!

6)WRONG!! Pizza was chewy, flavorless, sauce less, excessively chessy, not even hot, just plain old GROSS!!

I should have known to turn around and leave when 2 boys walked out of the kitchen (next to the dirty front door) with a ciggarette as we approached the restaurant.

Cetrones has a HUGE ZERO for good pizza, and family dining. Big Dissappointment!
It was Horrible from start to finish, dont waste your $$$
