Olde Forge Townhouses

Fair sized apartments for the price. They replaced the carpets and outlet/light switch covers before we moved in, which was nice, but the carpet is cheap and wears easily and the socket covers were screwed in crooked and the grimy outline of the old cover is visible.

Our garbage disposal broke and the patio door lock didn't work from the time we moved in. Tried calling and left a message, never got anyone to answer. Went to the office three times and they were never there, finally found someone in the office and they said they would be out the next day. That was a week ago. Trying to call the office but the line is always busy.

They don't ever cash our rent check until the middle of the month, which is kind of annoying. Apparently they don't need the money that bad since they don't fix things.

Nice Townhome rental community located just below Perry Hall, MD - Convenient to both 95 and 695. The community is generally quiet and well maintained and has a fair number of families. Don't let the property manager scare you away... She's not overly friendly but the rest of the staff more than makes up for her
