Very much like the Chinese food we enjoyed in Japan! Authentic dishes not usually found at traditional US Chinese restaurants. Nice service.

If a woman named Nancy answers the phone -- HANG UP! she is an idiot. Other than her - I love the food and never had a problem for ten years!

Three cups chicken -- wow!!
Aubergine with a basil sauce ! add chicken for $1 yum
The green beans in a spicy sauce are excellent and hand snapped everyday

Buffet sucks, no good veggie options. Waiters are rude. Al a carte is ok but nothing to talk about. This is place that you can miss easily. It is strictly a place to go if you have no other option.

During dinner hours, expect to pay $12-$14 per dish for buffet- quality food. If you order the crispy fried shrimp, which is written up in the menu as the "best shrimp dish in the house", what you'll get is shrimp in typical brown sauce. Each extra bowl of rice is $1.05. The service isn't pleasant. This is a buffet restaurant which charges full-service prices, without providing higher quality food.

The food served on the weekends is very good ... great Chinese home cooking as well as standards. Something happens during the weekdays though ... the cooking is noticeably greasier.

I ordered the Crispy Shredded Beef. It was the worst crispy beef I ever ate. Even my kids did not like it. First, of all they should not call it CRISPY- cause it was not crispy at all. It was like GLAZED! and beef it was digusting, It is probably old beef, that was heated up. I guess I go back to my place of restuarant that I order from. They have the best crispy beef.

I think Becky B. might be a non Chinese, at least not a Chinese coming from Southeast of China:-)

This is one of best Chinese food you can get in town.

PROS: Quality, taste, quantity and price
CONS: services----as a typical chinese, I don't care much, as long as it's clean.

They're great if you want Chinese food served cafeteria style, with the quality typical of such, and the appropriate price for such. It's not bad, just not great. For great Chinese at a good price with large quantities, go down the road Montgomery Village shopping ctr, or to Ishiban for Japanese with a touch of Chinese.

PROS: Fast, not bad, OK price
CONS: Not the best quality

That Fu Shing does a good job dishing up authentic Chinese fare is evidenced by the preponderance of Chinese diners that fill the restaurant. While the Chinese patrons order up large family-style dishes, often with fish (sometimes with shells) husband and I stick to the predictable American-style Chinese food. Fu Shing successfully manages both authentic Chinese and American-style Chinese entrees, and the crowds that pack this place out indicate their approval by loyal patronage. Be prepared to wait on busy weekend nights. However, the innovative ordering system (order and pay at the counter, and a waiter brings the food to your table) serves to speed things along, and even on very busy nights, it's not long before you're eating.

The wait staff works as hard as any waiters I've ever seen. If you want to leave them a tip, hand it to them directly instead of leaving it on the table, as the server who clears your table may not be the same person who brought the food.

The fish aquarium is great fun, but if you're seated by the tank, make sure the staff have closed the top of the aquarium, otherwise the flip of a fish tail may splash water onto your plate (it happened to me).

PROS: Good food served quickly
CONS: Manager never smiles

Portions and food are great. Some dishes to try are the orange chicken, tea smoked duck, and the salt and pepper shrimp.

This restaurant is unique in that you order at the cashier, then they deliver the food to you.

Also available are the ever popular "bubble teas," worth a try if you're in for something new.

PROS: Portions + Food
CONS: No waiters/waitresses to take your order
