It's time to give them another try...new General Manager...updated menu, consistent food, everything now fresher! Many special items from which to choose. If you haven't been there in awhile, give them a try.

have had nothing but bad experiences at Brew
River, whether with a group or a party of two the service and the food is plain bad. They should stick to serving drinks at the outdoor bar and nothing else.

The restaurant looked good but the food was overcooked and had bad flavor. The service was bad and slow as I waited 40 minutes for a medium rare steak that was served well done, for which I received no compensation. I passed by the kitchen and it was filthy to boot. The prices there are steep for this quality of experience.

Nicest restaurant on this side of town with excellent food, but the service leaves a lot to be desired. We were at dinner with my husband's parents and waited forever for our drinks to arrive and when they did the watier went to sit mine down on the table and spilled it all over me!

The food at Brew River is decent, but the service is horrible! I went with a large party - which Brew River knew about ahead of time. They also agreed to allow separate checks. Needless to say, the evening was a disaster. Drink refills were hard to come by, everyone at my table got their salads and appetizers and we had to ask both times to get ours. The waitress told us it was right there on the tray and we could have just taken it! After finishing the meal, we waited an hour and forty five minutes to get the check!!! The waitress had an attitude, the management acted like they didn't know what to do and everyone just offered excuses because it was a large party. On top of all of this, we still had to pay the 18% gratuity for a large party. I found out later that several people in my group that paid with debit cards were double charged. I won't be back!
