Those of you who hated it got your wish. They have closed. Those of us that liked it will have to find another place, and Jennifer. Hope everyone who voiced an opposition is happy with the outcome.

I cannot believe this was named the best in Annapolis. Maybe the cheapest or cheesiest but certainly not the best. I am just glad I used a gift certificate that I won and did not use my own money. The girls look like they spend every day in the tanning booth. Not the best way to be healthy. The owner was there and looked just as plastic as the sauna. Never again

Not every spa is for everyone, just like everyone has their favorite stylist, dentist or insurance salesman. I've been getting massages at Body Connection for more than three years, and except for one masseuse who was only there a few weeks, I've been consistently pleased with the people there, the massages, the prices, and the facility. I agree that Jennifer is a "star" when it comes to massage skills. If you didn't like the experience, fine, don't go back, or even ask for a refund if you were not satisfied (I'm sure they'll give it to you if you promise not to come back). But please don't trash an otherwise great place for a massage just because you have different taste.

Ok, this place is awful!!! I have been twice now. ..When the owner is there it's not as bad but the sauna was plastic and the girl on the phone explained it to me like they were a well appointed spa! My massage was shortened to only 40 min, I paid for an hour and she had to leave to pick up a friend? I was flabbergasted!!! I paid for an hour and was early!!! The place is very small and have tennagers working the desk that dont know a thing. Dont waste your money, go elsewhere!..you will get a better treatment!!!!

I too disagree with the other reviewer. I recently visited Body Connection and had an awesome experience. The first thing that I loved, is the fact that when I walked in the door, two of the most friendly, cheery young ladies greeted me! I was in for a complete package, which included a bit of everything...I started in the sauna (which was to die for), then had a salt glow exfoliation (this was a more extensive service $50, unlike the other reviewers, but hers was a $15 service, what does she expect?), then a massage with Jen (people, I've been all over the world and had massages, and this was the best), I also got a facial (my first time, and I am hooked)...this place made me feel so welcomed, not snooty like a lot of the other bigger spas in the area. These people treated you like you were family. They were genuinely concerned for your well-being, and not just out to make a buck. Go thereexperience it for yourself.

PROS: Relaxing, friendly, comfortable, welcoming
CONS: Not a one!

I strongly disagree with the other reviewer about the overall rating of Body Connection. I have now been four times to this place for a massage. I would agree it is a "plain" place so there are no "quiet rooms" and oversized fountains, but I find it quite comfortable at Body Connection. Jennifer in particular is a great masseuse. My 50 minute massages are always at least 50 minutes, and sometimes more, and for $75.00 are a bargain. I don't use the other services, but can guarantee that for a massage you will not be disappointed.

I recently had a facial, massage & a body polish at body connection. It is their mini day 2 package for $85 (an 90 minute package) . I have been to many spas before and i thought this was a fabulous deal since I already had a $75 gift certificate. First of all the spa is basically in a converted office space, not a very relaxing atmosphere. With my facial the thing that disappointed me is that there was not running water in the room I was in. The aesthetician had to keep running out of the room to get new bowls of water. My facial lasted maybe 20 minutes. My massage which was great but it only lasted 15 minutes. And lastly I had my body polish, which was supposed to be an exfoliating treatment (which I've gotten at Robert Andrews and Body Wellness (both of which I would highly recommend). I was put back in my original room (maybe a 8ft by 8ft space) where I waited for 15 minutes. Then someone came in and told me to get down to my bra and panties and stand up. She then took a lofa mitt and rubbed my knees and elbows. Next she put two different lotions on my body and lastly she sprayed me with some stuff.... All of this took maybe 5 minutes at the most. So, my mini day package which was supposed to be 1 1/2 hours was actually 40 minutes. I was extremely disappointed. Will not be returning or recommending. I have no clue how this place received best spa in annapolis. It's a joke.

PROS: great massage
CONS: small rooms, office lighting, treatments are not as described
