We did not receive our bill in the mail and it was a whole run around trying to get our tenant number and who to call and where to send the payment to.

Our main office had closed early and so we couldn't even call them until the third of December and the only had the address and had to call us back with the number to call to get our tenant info.

I got the number and called on Friday, but they were closed. I got someone on Saturday to give us the tenant number and went to the post office to overnight the payment. They told us that it wouldn't get there until Tuesday around 4pm.

I decided to wait and see if we could pay over the phone since it was going to get there late. I called City Wide Management at the number listed above and the woman I got was very nasty. I wasn't asking for more time, but she kept cutting me off and wouldn't let me speak.

I told her that I know the payment is due in by today since that's what the woman told me when I called on Saturday. And she cut me off and snapped that the payment is actually due on the first of every month. I said I understand that, but we went through this whole run around of getting all the info so we could send a payment.

She cut me off again and said that I should've overnighted the payment to them then because it's due today by 4:30pm.

I told her I tried, but they told me it wouldn't get there until Tuesday.

She scoffed and said that they told me wrong then because there's no reason it wouldn't get there.

I told her that's what they told me and so I was trying to find out if I could pay over the phone or not because it's due in by today.

She cut me off and said no, they don't take payments over the phone, they aren't that kind of company (which I personally think is a little ridiculous) and that I need to have it overnighted tonight so that they get it tomorrow morning.

She was extremely nasty and quite unfriendly for someone who is working the customer service side of this company. I wasn't asking for more time, I was trying to find a way to solve this because we never received our bill in the first place. We tried to wait a few days for it to come in and when it didn't, we immediately tried to get all the info to get a payment out.

We have never been late before and I definitely don't appreciate their customer service.

Pros: Give a little extra time to get payment in (7 days)

Cons: Not Helpful At All. Cannot Make A Payment Over The Phone

This management company allows their maintenance crews to abuse entrance of apts without notification. The crew comes into apts whenever they want and the company does not even reprimand them. The people who work there are incredibly rude and not at all helpful. If I find another place to live I plan on moving so I don't have to deal with them anymore.

Pros: Dishwasher, well-kept exterior, a/c

Cons: Bad Maintenance Crew, crowded, high electic bills
