We ended up with a Cadillac when a family member passed away. When the security system shut it down I had it towed to "Courtesy" to have the codes read from the computer and reset, telling them specifically NOT to dismantle anything. The next thing I knew they'd taken apart the ignition cylinder and were charging me $500 to replace it. What choice did I have? And they knew it. Outrageous business practices and overpriced everything. Stay away is right. I'd never buy a thing from them if I could avoid it.

Best buying experience ever. Salesperson (Muffy) very knowledgable and honest. Met all our needs. Met Mary Jane Service Mgr. a breath of fresh air. The entire staff was warm and pleasant. Would recommend to everyone!!

Do not enter!!! They will try to rob you at every corner. Unfair practices and fees. Dishonest beyond all means. Mary Jane is the head of the clan so if you are going to deal with the best of the worse you might as well start with her.

Went to test drive a Trailblazer, the salesman quickly took us to "the cheapest one on the lot" without asking us what features we wanted. He then proceeded to attemp to sell it too us by badmouthing the competitons product, half of which was false or outdated information. Newsflash, we bought a jeep.
