Brandon Robinson at the Verizon wireless retail store in California Maryland is a very sharp problem solver. He is straight forward and attentive. I was very impressed as to how quickly he was able to solve a very complex issue and in the end, everyone was happy. Kudos To Brandon! Verizon is lucky to have you on board, my good man.

Went there the other day to get some tech stuff done on my phone. The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable about cell phones. If you ever go in there to do trouble shooting, I recommend that you ask to see Josh S. He was great.

Very poor customer service, you will get the run-around even after waiting for over 1/2 hour to be seen . Representatives are more worried about answering their own cell phone than resolving customer cell phone issues. Not helpful and customer service was poor.

we went in to get cell phones and waited over an hour before someone could take the time to sit down and try to explain different plans, etc. Their own cell phone kept going off (which wasn't Verizon btw) and they kept answering it and it was more personal than business from the sounds of the conversation. Once he did finally stop long enough to answer our questions, he himself was not knowledgable of the plans or rates. We went to another provider and have had nothing but excellent service from them. Verizon is more interested in numbers than people.

At that point were were annoyed and then the person was not even that helpful. They seemed to be more interested in the fact that their phone kept ringing. Needless to say we left and went somewhere more helpful!
