This hospital lacks communication skills like i never seen before. They are very unorganized, ever since Karl left the clinic went down hill. They only try to up sale services and exams that are not needed. I was warned in the past about this, but had deaf ears. I should have known better. I wouldn't recommend this clinic to any one. No wonder they only have to reviews. Save your money and time.GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THE BEST! I have been to many animal hospitals, and none of them have as good of a team as Greater South River Animal Hospital. I wish my human doctor was as thorough, friendly, and informative as my veterinarian here!
I have been a loyal client of Reichardt Animal Hospital, now Greater South River Animal hospital, for years. The hospital is spotless; the staff is warm and friendly; and the current doctors, Dr. Gately-Dean, Dr. Otis, and Dr. Doherty are all excellent. I have 3 dogs and 2 aging cats, so I visit often!
