My dog is on a special diet and my vet doesn't always have it in stock. I like that I can order it from VetCentric and don't have to wait in line or haul the heavy bags to and from the car. And I can order her heartworm medicines online any time of day instead of waiting for the vet's office to open.

I needed to get a prescription medication for my pet, one that he needs to be on for his lifetime. My vet recommended vetcentric.com and a few others, since it would be easier for me than to run to their office everytime I needed a refill. Unfortunately for me, I chose vetcentric. It has been anything but easy dealing with them.
I placed my order online with the understanding that I would receive my order in 5-7 business days. That was fine with me. I received an email a few days later with the tracking information. When I followed the tracking info, it said that it was sent to the wrong address and was being forwarded. Forwarded to where, I don't know and neither did anyone at vetcentric when I called for help. Help they didn't. I was told my only option was to order the medication again and I would once again be charged for it. They never offered to replace the missing medication. They never offered to track down the package and find out where it was. They told me I could do that if I wanted, but I still had to pay for another bottle of pills upfront.
Now that happened the second time I ordered from them. I gave them the benefit of doubt since everyone makes mistakes and placed another order with them. Darn if it didn't happen again. So, buyer beware. Unless you like paying for something twice!

The lovely lady contacted my veterinarian, got my prescription and someone called me back all in 1 day. They informed me it would be in the mail the following business day and it arrived in 2 days. I was very satisfied with their customer service, they were very informative and followed through completely. I will keep using this company!
