I do NOT recommend this place! She destroyed my hair! It has been five months and it is still horrible! It it's so damaged that I'm paying an insane amount of money to try to repair it instead of cutting it all off! She also took 6 hours to do my hair (just color cut and style)! I even asked her before I sat down if she could be done within 3 hours because I had to be somewhere to be, she assured me she could. It took her almost and hour to get started. When she finally got to the styling she stopped half way through and started washing another woman's hair! After six hours and before she was even completely finished flat ironing it I had to go. When I looked in the mirror I was devastated, it wasn't even close to the picture I showed her. I let her know I was unsatisfied, she said she tried (not the answer that should come from any professional). She even still charged me full price! I'm still upset! Save your money, time, and your hair!!!!!!!!!!!

At one point, I was going weekly to get my hair done. Janet, the owner does my hair, and she does a fabulous job. When I go I always get custom treatment. Over the years Ive struggled to find a hair dresser that can both style and take care of your hair. Ive finally found a hairdresser I can call home. I know that sounds cheesy but its true.
She also offers a lot of other services that I have yet to try. They have make up sessions and photo shoots. If you are looking for one on one hair care then this is the place to go. Everytime I walk out of the salon someone always compliments me on my hairstyle. I consider myself to be mildly conservative, other people wallk out of there looking like they've stepped outta a magazine...which is terrific.

I went to Grafitti; whom I had modeled for more than once, my photo is on the back of Janet??s SUV! I asked for a bob cut, sew in not glued. Janet told me that she could not sew my hair, I would have to have it bonded. When my hair was washed the entire back of my sweater was soaked through, including my jeans and underwear. I could wring water out of my clothes. No apology was given; as I sat under one dryer, I hung my undershirt on another I was taken to the chair for the weave process to begin. Instead of parting my hair and applying the glue covered track to my scalp, Janet stuck the track on top of my wrapped hair!?! I asked why she was not gluing the tracks to my scalp, she told me that the style would last longer this way. When she reached the top of my head she realized the she had not combed out any of my hair to cover the last track and proceeded to (very painfully) pull my hair from under the firmly glued track to attempt to cover the last track I could hear and feel my hair ripping. At the end of this ordeal was handed a grease-smeared mirror. I paid what was asked of me and gave a 10% tip, less than my usual as my clothes were still wet. At my clean mirror, I could blatantly see, the very last track that was added to my head, as well as the glue, which had now turned from black to grey. Instead of calling Janet to complain, I called a friend for comfort. She gave me a number of a woman who could help me.
She gasped with horror, in her 26yrs she has never seen such a thing. She used 2 cans of oil sheen on my hair to remove the glue and tracks; then braided my hair and sewed in a weave. I called Graffiti 4 times, I kindly asked Janet for a refund "No I'm sorry, are you serious?! I didn??t get the opportunity fix anything that you were dissatisfied with, the style of bonding is typical?. I cried again. When you see the GOT HAIR SUV, the look in my eyes is not one of sultry seduction but sorrow and pain for a stylist who ruined my hair.
