Bank Of America

I began banking with Fleet Bank, which was bought by Bank of America and all accounts were merged into Bank of America. I really like this branch in Bethesda- the staff are really friendly, which I think must be a corporate directive, but they are very helpful and nice peope. However, I had to cancel my account recently because the fees on my free account were just ridiculous- fees for ATM use, for Cash Reserve, and on and on. All of this was free under Fleet! I did like that they had free Billpay with online banking, but I didn't set it up before I canceled my account, and there were probably fees associated with that too.

I should say that they were really nice about closing out my account, and there were no problems.
