Good god - this place is a mess! I had an appointment today and arrived a little before my appointment time. The place was a madhouse.

First - as I sat and waited, I was forced to listen to a couple of ignorant staff members repeatedly ask for customers by the name of Jimenez (they pronounced it GIMenz) and Dominguez (they pronounced it DomingWEZ). Seriously, looking around in the waiting room, they have a pretty diverse customer base as well as Latino employees - and yet they don't know how to pronounce some pretty common Latino names? Lame. Ignorant. Marginalizing.

Anyway, the part that prompted me to write this was 2 major oversights in customer service revolving around my car.

First, they kept me waiting for *2 hours* before telling me that the part for the recall wasn't actually in, even though I had been promised it was when I made the appointment. What a colossal waste of time! They don't even know when it will be in. Seriously, they only made the appointment with me because they said the part was definitely in!

Second, after I got home, I looked at the paperwork they gave me. Supposedly they did a "free 24-point inspection." Thanks, I think. But as I looked at their "24-point free inspection" checklist, I realized whoever did the inspection is a big, fat liar! The check list has been checked "OK" all the way down, even though I know for a fact one of my reverse lights in back is burned out. Clearly someone didn't even check and simply just marked all the way down the list and got back to their smoke break. This is truly scandalous! They could offer me a lifetime of free oil changes to make up for this, but I'd never accept because my level of confidence in Darcars couldn't be lower.

Toyota owners, drive your butts elsewhere.

I went there to look for a Toyota minivan and was unable to negoiate the price for the car. First of off, I came in at 9am. on a Saturday morning and had to wait for 45 mins. until I could see a manager. They had a "management meeting" on a Saturday morning. The sales person and manager had called me back on my cell phone when I walked out to try to bring me back in to "work out a fair price". When I came back the second time, it wasted my two hours on a Saturday morning, I was not happy with the price and took my business somewhere.

PROS: none
CONS: lies salespeople try to get you back in the show room

This dealership supports the image of used car salesmen. The agents we dealt with dodged all the questions we had. The vehicles were over priced compared to other dealerships. I personally would not reccomend this dealership to others.
