Great customer service

I have been on a search for a home entertainment system. After visiting several stores, I found exactly what I wanted for the price that I wanted at Best Buy. More than that, the customer service when above and beyond what would be normally expected! They gave me every little detail about the system. Best Buy also offers home installation. (For a nominal fee) Then on another occasion, I was looking for a VERY hard to find CD, several associates helped me find it. From now on, I will be going to Best Buy first! They also have The Geek Squad to help with any computer problems.

PROS: Good Prices, and great customer service
CONS: Can be VERY busy!

i don't know why, but i always feel like i'm getting the shaft when i shop here. the prices are good if they have what you want in stock. their return policy stinks. it's a good place to go for dvds and games, though. i shop their occasionally.
