DO NOT HAVE WORK DONE HERE!! I dropped off 1 tire to get mounted on rim on a Wednesday morning. I was told that it probably wouldnt get done that day, but the following day (thursday) for sure. Closed Friday through Sunday for Christmas. Told mechanic that I needed to make sure I had it back by Thursday so I could put it on the car to go out of town for the holidays. He said, again, probably not today, but definitely by Thursday. I called Thursday around 1pm and left a message to check up on it. No call back. Nothing. Left messages over the holiday, no calls back. I then called Monday, they said, yeah, we got your messages, and it's ready. I HAD TO CALL THEM STILL! No reasoning, no apologies, nothing. I went to pick it up and complained that I was promised it before the holiday and that I had to rent a car to go out of town over the holiday because they didnt have it ready, and didnt respond to my call on the day they promised it would be done at the latest. They callously told me they had no idea or control over who called me to let me know it was ready on Thursday, and it wasnt their fault that I didnt know to come get it. Unbelievable. Again, they really didnt care whatsoever, and offered no apology still. HERES THE BREAKING POINT: I asked him if they could help out a little on the price seeing that I had to pay for a rental car over the holiday due to their lack of service. He said, yeah, I knocked it down from $48 to $37 already and then shows me a bill. I was ORIGINALLY quoted $32 (which is still outrageous for a mount and balance of one tire) and then he said, oh, well that probably didnt include taxes, and then tries to show me the invoice of $48 and IT WAS SOMEONE ELSES INVOICE FOR DIFFERENT SERVICE! Totally deceitful, poor service, and I will NEVER go here again. I highly recommend you stay away as well unless you want to be lied to, over pay for services, and get HORRIBLE treatment. I hope you guys go out of business. Jerks.

Ken's is a great place to take your vehicle. My family has taken vehicles to Ken's for probably 15 or so - great experience every time.\r\n\r\nThey will perform recommended maintenance on your vehicle and do not simply replace/repair everthing just because it is listed. They inspect each item and if acceptable they will not do anything with it - that saves your money.\r\n\r\nOne time I had an engine issue and these guys went an extra hundred miles trying to get it solved - to the point of looking at my car an extra two days and reaching out to whatever network of mechanics they have trying to solve the problem. No, I did not get charged for those two days.\r\n\r\nSimply put, these guys are great people and are excellent to work with overall. I will continue taking my vehicles here for anything other than if a factory warranty part is needed - they will let you know. Cost seems resonable to me though I have not personally compared it and you get what you pay for anyways.

Cons: None for me personally, but I cannot speak for everyone

I have had numerous bad experiences when I've taken my car to this place. I can only blame myself for getting fooled after the first bad experience. First of all they are way overpriced. Don believe it? Compare their estimates to any other service center or DEALER? Most people take their vehicles to places like this because they usually are cheaper than the dealer...not Ken's!!! Their staff is rude and cold. Even with an early appointment, you will be there ALL day! \r\nDon't be deceived by the Goodyear sign out front and assume they are a reputable, honest business because they aren't. \r\n\r\nAvoid taking your vehicle there at ALL costs!!!
