This is the third time I've worked with Melvin Motors and I can honestly say they are the most 'above the board' dealership I've worked with. The sales department will help you find the right car for your needs and the service side only wants to do one thing - the 'right' thing. I have had the good fortune of knowing the Melvins for over twenty years. Their business philosophy is simply to deliver great value with great integrity. I have never been disappointed, having purchased 8 cars from them over the years, from my first car out of college to our first mini van to the car I'm currently driving. I have recommended them to everyone I know. I have attempted to buy cars elsewhere and the experience is not the same. The best part about going to Melvin Motors is that I don't have to worry about anything: haggling, "checking with my manager", the quality of the cars, or being taken advantage of. I have lived in Kentucky and driven back to get a car, and currently live in northern Delaware and I still buy from them. They can get you what you want, when you want it at a fair value. I will always buy my cars from Melvin Motors.

They were business-like but friendly. While I thought the price might have been a bit too high at times (but what do I know? I'm only a woman. That's a joke!), they were bent on not letting me pay more than I had to. They are unfailingly courteous and in terms that are easily understandable, they explain to you what went wrong.

It's not too often that a "used car" company earns such a great reputation but Melvin Motors certainly has. Our family has purchased from MM for years and have always been pleased with the service and quality of our purchases. I would highly recommend them!
