We bought a 2005 Gulfstream Endura new from Leo's. It was on the Chevy Kodiak 5500 chassis. We were able to take an extensive test ride in a 2004 unit. The powerplant was excellent. We took delivery in June, 2005, and found very little to complain about. All equipment was working well, except for the Kwikee Automatic step, which was replaced within 15 minutes as we waited. The service adviser was extremely helpful whenever I had a request, such as an additional cabinet door, or a piece of the floor covering which I needed to finish an add-on floor panel to cover the step drop-down while we were under way. The largest problem we had was a major repair to the location of one leveling jack. Once they realized what the problem was, the worked with us to find a best shop in the area to do the work and worked extensively with GulfStream to assure that they covered the entire repair under warranty. All-in-all, Leo's was continuously pleasant and helpful, fitting the vehicle into their schedule for minor work so that we could meet our travel schedule and obtaining various minor parts to allow us to customize the coach to meet our family needs. In addition, they met and beat other prices in the general area.
