I keep meaning to write a review about Tom Wilson Goodyear, but after my experience this week I knew I really had to. I used to bring my company car here for service years ago and never had a problem, and since I had no particular allegiance to any other car repair place (after several REALLY bad trips to Gary's Automotive...DON'T GO THERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR!), I decided to try Goodyear. First of all - every time I've taken my car there, I've gotten an estimate within a couple of hours and each time they have fixed it the day it was brought in - fixed it well and the one time there was an issue with the new part, replaced it quickly and for free. This time my car broke down on a Saturday night, so I took it to another place that was open on Sundays. BIG mistake. It was there just minutes after they opened...and it didn't get looked at until sometime mid-day on Monday. When I called, they gave me an estimate of $1500. I told my husband to pick up the car and drive it to Goodyear (basically across the street) that afternoon. They looked at it the next morning and had an estimate for me by 8:30 a.m. (the estimate was $1100). It was fixed by 3 p.m. that afternoon and the bill was for $962. My car is driving beautifully, we were treated well AND ethically. I can't say enough about the quality of service at this place. OUTSTANDING. I highly recommend Tom Wilson Goodyear in Laurel, MD!!!!

I went to Wilson Good Year Tire in Laurel, MD because they claimed that they can fix all types of foreign cars. There was a noise that came from the right front wheel area and I asked them if they could help me pin out the problem. The assistant manager said that they can show me the problem for $30 for inspection fee. After the mechanic looking at it for at least 30 to 45 minutes, they couldn't figure it out where the problem came from!

They still want their $30 even though even though they couldn't really help me. When I complain to the assistant manager and told him that I am going to write a negative review about my experience, he became upset and very defensive. I told him, that they didn't do their job correctly and took my money.

The assistant manager yelled at me "GET OUT OF HERE!" They charged my card and instead of getting thank you or I am sorry that we can't help, I got yelled at by the assistant manager "GET OUT OF HERE!"

HE IS SO RUDE! What kind of assistant manager would yell at customers after a customer paid him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Worse service I've ever gotten. I went in for a brake inspection. I was being sold everything under the sun. I took my car to All Pro and was told just about the same thing. I did not have the repairs done by either place. My neighbor referred Gary's Auto to me. My car did not need half of the work the other shops said I needed. THANKS GARY'S

After having had my truck fail inspection - with what they told me was over 1300$ of work needing to be done. They did not charge me for the inspection, which I thought was nice. They later called me and told me I had to come back and pay after all. They would not let me pay over the phone. Among other things the truck failed for the windshield wipers streaking - which is not true. Of course if you take a vehicle to a tire shop for inspection it is not going to pass unless you buy tires. I should have known that. I typically do my own auto work and am very familiar with "under the hood". There was only one thing that failed on my truck that was legit - the broken brackets on the exhaust pipe. I do not recommend Laurel Goodyear Tire. It is a scam.
