We had a great experience at R&H Toyota buying our new car. Chris Whitney was a very knowledgeable young man who seemed to really go above and beyond what I would have expected. If you are in the market for a new car this is where you need to go!! Like most people I have my share of horror stories from car buying experiences but not with this dealer! The salesman I dealt with was Chris Whitney and I truly couldn't have asked for better service. Chris was knowledgeable, respectful and honest. Chris went above and beyond to help me get what I wanted and made the entire experience enjoyable! I am in love with my new car and am very thankful for all of the wonderful service and help I received at R&H!

I brought my wife's Toyota Corolla for a 90,000 mile service at R&H Toyota for the first time on 12/09/2011. I found that the service agent was rude and didn't return phone calls in a timely manner. The technician did sloppy work including spilling transmission fluid and coolant because he was too lazy to use a funnel while refilling these fluids. He didn't bother to top up the windscreen washer fluid (on a $500 major service). He also got grease stains on the interior passenger seat. Worst of all, instead of replacing two small metal clamps on a hose ($20 repair) he claimed that a whole assembly needed to be replaced ($500 repair). Fortunately I was able to see through this lie in time. R&H Toyota lives up to the worst stereotypes of the car repair industry and I will never use them again. My experience was comprehensively negative and should act as a warning for others.

Although my car was running fine, I consented. After they did their "necessary repairs," my car started having major problems and several error lights lit up. I took my car to another Toyota service center for a second opinion, only to find that R&H Toyota did not fully reconnect my intake hose, AND overfilled my oil on a routine oil change. I took it back to R&H and they did not take responsibility for their error, let alone apologize, and subsequently tried to blame the problems with the vehicle on me for speculative reasons and charge me for more expensive diagnostic tests. My car, which has been fine for over 170,000 miles, has not been working properly ever since. And all this started because I needed a headlight replaced. They refused to acknowledge that the problems arose from their faulty and unnecessary servicing despite the undeniable temporal relationship between the two.

This group of mechanics, technicians, and "service advisors" typifies the bad reputation the industry often receives. They are fraudulent, they lied to me, and refused to take accountability for their mistakes.

Don't let the same thing happen to you that happened to me. Take your car elsewhere, or do yourself a favor and purchase a different make of vehicle altogether.

I printed the internet prices of other toyota dealers from truecar.com and showed the sale men and financial officers.They said they can match other dealer's price. The internet prices already include the local ad fee, destination fee and dealer discount. The rest I need to add on is the documentation fee, tag fee and tax. A few days later, they gave a outrageous number. I told them they did wrong calculation. But they kept asking me for the out-the-door price of other dealers and claimed that they did not have the detailed price of other dealers. To me, it's crystal clear since the local ad fee , the dealer discount , the destination fee are on-line information and open to everyone but they chose to say they had no clue about them. The documentation fee and tag fee are almost the same for local toyota dealers. They said they did not have all the pieces of the puzzle.I did no see any puzzles there.

Really good sales experience with Evon Greene at R&H Toyota. He helped me understand the differences between the Sonata and the Camry. He helped me to get a better price than what I was originally given and he also helped me max out me trade on my 02 Accord. I liked the fact that he didn't push too hard and really listened to what my wife and I were saying. Thanks to Evon, Tom and Bernie.

If good service is important to you, buy your car from another dealer. I have made numerous calls to their financial department and received no response. I have called their head manager and received no call back. It is not easy doing business with R and H.

Please DO NOT BUY YOUR CAR at R&H Toyota Owings Mills. Sales people act as if they are smart. Quotes are very high. I rather suggest to get your price from Car Max. Antwerpen has best Sales people. You can get the best price at Antwerpen or at Car Max. You can try Bowie as well.

I used the service department of R.H. Toyota recently for the first time. My "check engine" light came on so I went to the dealership mid-day without an appointment. I was treated courteously, offered a free shuttle to/from my home, and every aspect of my diagnostic test and subsequent service was explained to me. The part I needed was in stock and my repair, including the diagnostic process, was complete within 3 hours. The R.H. Toyota service staff were friendly and efficient. The dealership was clean and efficient. Any I love the free shuttle!
