I received excellent service at Apple Ford Quck Lane today. They were willing and able to correct issues with the TPMS on my Expedition's wheels caused by a tire store. They could have easilty charged for the service to reactivate the TPMS but did not. They solved my issue in about 20 minutes.

After searching the internet I finally tracked down the Ford Flex I wanted - right color and equipment - at Apple Ford in Columbia MD. I spent about a week emailing back and forth with the salesman, Neville Dick, over the price and the details of the deal. Since I was in New York and would be traveling 4 hours to pick up the car, I wanted to be sure everything went smoothly and conveyed this to Neville. Somewhere in the middle of the negotiations it occurred to me to ask for the odometer reading. I knew it should only have a few miles on it and wanted to make sure this car hadn't been heavily used as a demo. I didn't think it was a problem because their pictures showed the car with the tire protectors still on and since this was a pretty loaded car, I figured they weren't using it for demos anyway. Except the salesman kept putting off giving me the answer. In the hub-bub of making the deal and travel arrangements and getting insurance for the new car, I almost let it slide.

After I had added the car to my insurance policy and gotten train tickets to Maryland, I realized that they still hadn't gotten back to me with the odometer reading. I kept pushing and after asking for the EIGHTH time, I got an answer at 9:30 at night the day before we were supposed to go pickup the car. It had 800 miles on it!!

They told me that only the dealer's wife had driven it for a week, because she liked it.

Further inquiries revealed that she was still driving it! Even after they agreed to sell it to me and set a price. And that she's been driving it for three weeks as her personal daily driver!

Apparently, they were trying to avoid telling me this and counted on the fact that when I showed up for the car, I'd be 4 hours from home with no travel arrangements and that I wouldn't want to go home empty handed.

I'm so glad I was persistent and uncovered their bait and switch, trying to pass a used car as a new car, in time!

Apple Ford. I received a flyer in the mail saying if you scratch off 3 poke chips showing 25k dollars you win 25K dollars. However in the fine print it says you dont win. so I went to the dealership. I didn??t win the instant 25k. but I did get another chance to win the 25k by receiving a scratch off a ticket with 30 blocks with the main objective of finding 6 keys. if however you scratch off for example the first square and it??s not a key u lose. but on the bright side I won a free 12 mega pixel camera! Drum rollllll?.. the catch is a 49.99 processing fee, it??s from china, there is no brand name associated with it. Never will I buy a car dealership that hands out garbage to bring customers in.

Find somewhere else to buy your vehicle. Very unprofessional. Salesmen are too busy smoking cigarettes at the front door of the dealership. I was seated by the front disk at one of their round table inside to be helped. 20 min later I was asked by a salesperson to find another place to sit at. When I politely informed him that I was seated by their front disk person for help, he raised his voice and in a rude unprofessional manner he asked me to move on. I got out and never came back. not recommended

I bought a 2006 Ford Mustang -new, from Apple Ford in Columbia, MD. I also purchased the extended 5 year warranty as I was driving my children back and forth from school every day and knew I was putting on about 100 miles a day just from school and work. Before my original 3 year warranty was up, we brought it to the attention of the manager that there was bubbling of the paint on the very front edge of the hood. They said that they noted it and to bring it back. I thought it would be fine to fix because they noted it. When we did take it back it was just over the years (although I purchased the 5 year warranty) they said too late... NOT FIXING IT! Then the cd player stopped working which they did replace. Now, not 2 years later the cd player is broken AGAIN already and they said... too bad NOT FIXING IT, although the car only 4 years old. They said oh well, your 5 year warranty is void after 75,000 mls.

TO make things worse... when I complained about the rusting hood and peeling paint they said... oh yeah sorry. We have seen a lot of the 06's doing this ....can't help ya. He said Ford knows the 06's are rusting out but you can't do anything about it. Now I have a 4 year old Mustang with peeling paint on the hood and rusting out, a broken cd player that is not ever paid off yet!!! I will never buy a Ford product - nor will I ever do business with or recommend Apple Ford to anyone. I can??t even sell this car for what I should be able to... NEVER AGAIN. I will though get a sign made to display on my Mustang rust thanking Apple Ford for the EXTRAS for everyone to read. Also, I will make them change my oil and fluids for free to get every cent out of them I can. I will not purchase 1 tire, battery, oil filter or wiper blade from them. They will not see 1 more cent from me.
Also, several times we took our for our car and truck in for service we were told we needed a new battery and brakes. We in turn took our vehicles to a local mechanic and were told that it was not an emergency and we had plenty left and plenty of time.

I am so pleased with my experience at apple ford. My salesman was nothing but professional. He made it easy to understand what I was buying and helped me gain financing I didn't think that I qualified for. I will buy my next car here as I know I got a great deal!

We have bought three cars form Apple Ford. Very satisfied with the cars; 2002 Escape, 2010 Mercury Milan, 2011 Mercury Mariner. Pleasant sales staff, friendly service staff. However,,,
When we purchased the 2002 Escape we were told that there was "free oil changes for life". The honored the first oil change but none after that. When I discussed this with the general manager of Apple Ford he said the Free for Life program did not start until 2004. My wife and I both recall that when we purchased the Escape were were assured that there would be free oil changes for life. The dealership refused to commit to what we were told in 2002.
I cannot understand why a company would jeopardize the relationship of a repeat customer for the cost of $30 oil change.
Will I be buying car from Apple Ford in the future? Not likely. I am totally amazed at there unwillingness to keep a repeat customer satisfied.

The 2004 F150 has notorious problems with spark plugs. Apple says they are supposed to be replaced at 60k--but they didn't do it then. When I got the 100k service, they didn't do it then either (I guess it's now part of the 60k service). Funny, my maintenance guide says 100k. Their claim: Ford must have given me the wrong guide. My claim: the book says, "2004 Model Year Scheduled Maintenance Guide".

Fool me once, shame on you. If you are looking for a trustworthy and honest Ford dealer, I suggest you try elsewhere.

Apple Ford's Collision Center TRI-STATE IS TERRIBLE! THE FIRST TIME I DEALT WITH THEM I WAS WRECKED INTO MY FRONT FENDER BY ANOTHER VEHICLE AND I DECIDED TO USE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE CLOSE TO MY HOUSE. WAS NOT IMPRESSED WITH THE REPAIR. THEY MATCHED THE COLOR SATISFACTORY BUT I FOUND SCREWS MISSING AND THE INSIDE LINER OF THE FENDER NOT REPOSITIONED CORRECTLY. LIKE THEY SPENT AN HOUR ON IT BUT HAD IT FOR OVER A WEEK.
I WAS HIT YET AGAIN WITH MORE OF A MAJOR REPAIR TO MY WHOLE FRONT END BUT IT WAS ONLY DAMAGE TO MY OTHER FENDER , HEADLIGHT AND A SUPPORT BEHIND THE FENDER. OUT OF NECCESSITY AND NOT HAVING A RENTAL, I HAD TO TAKE IT TO TRI-STATE COLLISION AGAIN. AFTER 3 WEEKS OF ME HAVING TO CALL EVERY FEW DAYS ABOUT UPDATES ON THE CAR THEY FINALLY SAID IT WAS FINISHED ON 3 SEPERATE OCCASIONS AND THEN WOULD CALL ME ON THE WAY TO PICK IT UP TO SAY THAT IT WASN'T FINISHED YET! FINALLY, ONCE IT WAS SUPPOSEDLY COMPLETE, WHEN I GOT THERE I IMMEDIATELY SAW THAT THE HEADLIGHTS WERE MISALIGNED COMPARED TO THE OTHER SIDE, ROUGH OVERSPRAY ON MY FRONT BUMPER, AND LOOKED AS IF IT WAS AGAIN JUST THROWN TOGETHER IN HALF A DAY. ALSO, THEY LOST MY LOCKING LUG KEY FOR MY LUGNUTS AND I HAD TO GET ALL NEW ONES FROM APPLE FORD'S PARTS DEPT. AVOID TRI-STATE/APPLE FORD'S COLLISION CENTER UNLESS YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT WHAT YOUR CAR WILL LOOK LIKE WHEN ITS DONE. THEY ARE A BUNCH OF HALFASS REPAIRMEN. WHEN I MADE THE COMPLAINTS THEY OFFERED TO FIX THEM BUT BY THAT POINT I HAD ALREADY MISSED SO MUCH TIME FROM WORK BECAUSE OF THEM THAT I HAD TO TAKE THE CAR AND MAKE THE MINOR REPAIRS MYSELF THAT I PAID THEM TO DO!!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!! THEY ARE THE WORST BUSINESS I HACVE EVER ENCOUNTERED, TRUST ME!!!!!!

In my opinion, find somewhere else to go! In my case, while the car was in for repairs
they broke the key off in the ignition. If Apple had an ethical and responsible repair shop they
would have simply repaired the damage they caused. This what Apple did. In the body of a 3
page repair bill, under an item labelled 107580, they reported they had broken the key off inside
the ignition. Shame on me, I didn't actually read the repair bill word for word. Of course, no one verbally
informed me of the damage at the time I picked up the car. In our the case, unfortunately, the damaged key
would still start the car. We only realize the damage days later when a duplicate key wouldn't start the car.
When I called them they simply refused to fix the damage claiming 1) they had "informed" us of the damage
when we picked up the car and 2) the key was just "weak" and simply broke (never in my life has a key ever "just broke"
unless forced). Long story short, if they are this creative in refusing to fix damage they caused, imagine how
creative they can be when billing you for a complex repair

AVOID APPLE FORD AT ALL COSTS!!!!!

Purchased a new 2010 F-150 Lariat from Apple Ford. While waxing the truck at home, I found pre-existing paint chips with rust down to the metal. Took the truck back to the dealership, and the service guy had me take it to a body shop for appraisal. After the estimate was prepared, Apple Ford refused to have the necessary repairs made. Unfortunately, I had not noticed the damage prior to the sale due to the location on the roof. Who asks for a ladder to see the roof when they are buying a truck? Honestly, they would have laughted at me and thought I was crazy if I had even asked!!!! Anyway, neither corporate Ford nor the president of Apple Ford cares to rectify this situation. The president won't even respond to the letter and pictures I sent him, won't respond to my multiple voicemails, and won't return any of my calls. This dealership wants your money, but will ignore you after the deal has been finalized.

I bought a SUV from Apple Ford this year. Besides having pushy salesman who kept telling me what a good deal I was getting, it appeared as a typical dealership. Then the problems started. I had a spill in my car that stained my carpets and caused my car to smell. Apple Ford did everything they could to get out of the warranty I purchased for my carpet. After much complaining, they at least gave me one of their cars to drive around in until my car got fixed. Well, that didn't last long. They were constantly calling me at work telling me I had to return the loaner car because they sold it. I switched cars with them only for this to happen again. It was such a pain to leave work in the middle of the day that I told them I didn't want another car. In the end, I was stuck paying $1,000 to get my carpets replaced. The general manager "Chip" was unappreciative and arrogant. I would NEVER buy anything from them again!!

We bought a 2005 E350 at the end of december of 2005. After the purchase, on the drive home, we noticed an odd noise from the engine. My dad has bought and used FORD Econolines for his work doing hardwood flooring for the past twenty years. He was a loyal customer to Ford. He returned it to the service dept. the next day, and they told him it was the noise the turbo makes. My dad insisted that it is not the turbo but they told him that he does not know what he is talking about. In november of 2007, the FORD E350, with just under 60,000 miles, the van stopped in the middle of the highway. The van would just lose power, no matter how much the accelerator was pushed, and the van eventually comes to a stop and the engine shuts off and steering wheel locks up. I have almost caused many major accidents, the worst being when I had to try and turn into an intersection, when the van lost power and steering wheel locked up. the van's front half was in the opposing lane of traffic for TEN MINUTES blocking traffic. I was about to get jumped by the people that I blocked because they had noway to go around. This has happened over five times within the past three months, each one occuring faster than before. Everytime we took it to APPLE FORD, they said all they can do is plug it to the diagnosis machine and whatever it says is the problem, thats what they fix. They replaced the fuel pump everytime we took it in and we had to pay a $100 deductable for each time. We replaced the fuel pump once a week for over a month until they finally decided to get a "Ford Engineer" to actually do what they should have done and came to the conclusion that the "gas tank delaminated." They said it was in such a horrible condition that they cannot put it back on after they took it off the van, and was going to charge us $1,200 to get a new one. They said we need to tow it because there is no way they are going to put it back on. During the months in which these problems occured, the van was in the shop for 41 days, the longest taking 2 weeks waiting for it to even be worked on. We complained that they are not going to even fix it and that mounting van rental costs have exceeded $1,500. So, the service manager, DEBBIE, told us they can go half of the rental cost. So we agreed, and once we showed the rental papers, She claimed that the agreement was only for rental CARS, not VANS. I told her that we need to rent a VAN because the vehicle in the shop is a VAN, which was for my dad's work. They said they would not pay any of it because it was a van. DO NOT BUY ANY VEHICLES FROM APPLE FORD. THEY WILL TREAT YOU NICE WHILE YOU ARE INSIDE THE SHOWROOM DECIDING ON WHAT TO BUY. BUT AFTER YOU LEAVE THE SHOWROOM AND GO HOME, THEY WILL MISTREAT YOU AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES OUT THE DRAIN. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR SAFETY. THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THEIR OWN WARRANTY AND THEIR "CUSTOMER FOR LIFE" DEAL IS A SCAM. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY AND ARE WILLING TO DO ANYTHING FOR IT. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR LIES! THEY ARE WILLING TO THROW AWAY A 20+ YEAR CUSTOMER AWAY TO MAKE A COUPLE BUCKS. VERY SHADY COMPANY. REPRESENTS FORD IN THE WORST WAY. THEY FIT THE STEREOTYPICAL CAR DEALERSHIP. DO NOT BUY DO NOT BUY!!!!!

I like Apple Ford I have been dealing with them for quite some time now and have bought new and used cars from here a couple times. I really like their customer for life program with free oil changes and car washes. I have never felt like they didnt want me there or were trying to push me off onto someone else like other dealerships have done. However I am not the biggest fan of their service department if you need major surgery done on your vehicle. No one knew what was wrong with my car they would insist on certain things that were wrong with it that I knew were not ( I used to work on cars so its not just guess') And it also seemed like there was something extra that they happen to find that needed fixing. As far as pricing goes it really depends on what you are looking for, used cars seem to have a good price but some of their parts prices are questionable to me.

Had to walk away from a car we wanted after sales people rescinded on a certain figure. After a phone quote which we were willing to go with, we went into a buy the vehicle only to find they lied and were still asking a grand above what we heard on the phone. Then were accused of twisting their words. Then we were offered several hundred dollars less than what they had written, only several moments later to be told, sorry we can't do that anymore. Wanted the car, but on principle had to walk because if they lied about the price, would hate to know what they lied about in the car itself.

I have had mixed experiences at Apple Ford. The service department is pretty good. They get you in and out quickly when you drop off your car for service. Unlike a lot of dealers I have been to they do not try to sell you every air filter, wiper, or fluid change possible. I have been pretty happy with their service as far as dealers go. However, I went there looking to buy a used car and I was passed from salesman to salesman with less and less experience until I got the new guy. He was very, very nice but knew nothing about the cars on the lot. I didn't go back to look for a car there.

I've gotten one explorer here and was very pleased with my treatment. I use their service department as well - but it seems expensive when I go there. Seems something extra is always needing fixing
