Great Company I was very pleased with the advise they gave me for my trees. We were able to save a few trees that other recommended for removal. Thanks for the great job!

Bay Area Tree Care removed a large dead tree next to my home. They didn't damage anything and did a great clean up job. I would highly recommend them.

They did a job at my neighbor's and left their shredder on the whole day long. Even while they did not use it for the longest time. I asked them to turn it off for a while. They did not stop. I had to leave my house - it was too noisy. Three hours later I came back - it was still on. I called in the office asking them to stop it, just with the result that they cranked that shredder even more up.

I had a great experience with them. We had a tree fall on our roof and they were out the same day, very nice, and very thorough. We had a tree limb impale our garage roof after a bad storm and we had quite a bit of damage.

I would not recommend this service. It took 3 months for the work to be done on our property. We contacted them in April and it was the end of June before complete. On several occasions we had appointments for them to do the work and they simply never showed up. They couldn't even be bothered to call us with a reason and it was up to us to call them to find out what was going on. We would then reschedule and they would no call no show again. They couldn't even be bothered to apologize. We wont ever use again and when asked by neighbors "who did you use?" we emphatically say to NOT use Bay Area Tree Care
