I am writing this letter to express my sincerest gratitude and appreciation for the assistance and
guidance provided by Natasha Parsard during my purchase of 2012 Honda Accord V6 EX-L.
By way of background, this was my first car purchase in approximately ten (10) years and my very first
purchase of a vehicle on the internet. After the initial inquiry, I received a variety of offers from various
Honda dealers in the Baltimore Washington Metropolitan area. Of all of the internet sale people that we
encountered, Natasha was the most straight forward and honest in her dealings and communications.
To sum the email communication up, Natasha was straight to the point about the price to include all
fees and services provided by Criswell Honda. In contrast, other dealers and their representatives were
vague on their inventory and we never got an honest final price.
On the day of or car purchase, the transaction was seamless and Natasha was professional, courteous
and she explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. The service was prompt but
relaxed and left me with a very comfortable and satisfying experience.
Natasha Parsard is an outstanding representative of Criswell Honda and her service was worthy of praise
and she has found a customer for life. I would not hesitate to recommend Natasha to any of my friends
or family that is in the market for a Honda.

The customer service that everyone has given me at Criswell in the last 2 years (CRV 2009) has been quite outstanding. On top of that, however, Ashley has gone out of her way to be the most positive, enthusiastic, helpful, shining star of your night staff and the person whom you definitely want to be the first person to greet your customers. Her spirit and smile and helpfulness are the most positive I have ever encountered in a place of business (and Im 60 so I have visited a lot of businesses over a lifetime).

I purchased a new Honda Accord from Criswell based on its excellent rating. Call me naive, but I don't buy cars often and I was hoping for the kind of experience that other reviewers are raving about. The salesman was friendly, but not especially knowledgable. I signed a purchase order for what I thought was a price that was discounted from the sticker and that's when everything started going downhill. The financing paperwork was confusing, there were a lot of extra fees that were not put in a logical order, and the finance officer was trying to hustle me along as fast as possible while taking constantly to keep me distracted. The bottom line seemed high, but I had no way to check the calculations, and when I asked for an explanation but both he and the sales person showed me the line where the discount was written in and assured me it was included. After spending several hours going through the arithmatic the next day, I discovered they had added the discount to the sticker price to make a new base price and then substracted it out at the bottom, so the "discount" was not a discount at all. The finance papers were put together so sloppily, I was missing pages. I have been trying for 5 weeks by phone and e-mail to get the finance officer, the finance department, and the general manager to respond to my request to cancel the GAP insurance I do not need and I still don't have an answer. I think they are ashamed to talk to me. Maybe some people get a good deal here, but I certainly wasn't one of them. Check other sites and you will find the recent reviews of Criswell are becoming more negative. At this dealership, you have watch your back.

I was talking to this guy called Suvin at Criswell. He was rude while discussing the car price. I think he was assuming that I will buy a car as soon as he gives me a quote without even discussing what's included and what's not. And he thinks that he is smarter than the customer and tries to show his smartness by asking silly questions about the color etc.
I do not know if the whole dealership is like this but certainly I had a bad experience.

Today I met Gary Graves! I entered the service area and passed Garywe made eye contact, Gary said Hello and I asked if he would help me! His sincere, patient communications style put me at easehe spoke knowledgeably but not condescending. Everything about my encounter with Gary from the get-go was companys dream come true perfectly executed public relations/making scenario! Just wanted to share! My husband and I recently bought a car at your dealership from Victor Castro. We both thought that we had never done business with a more pleasant, knowledgeable salesman. Every now and then, fate brings us in contact with a person who is passionate about what he does; believes deeply and sincerely in developing personal relationships; shows great respect an appreciation for others; and strives to make someone elses life a little better. For me and my wife, Victor Castro is such a person.
Last weekend, my wife and I purchased a 2011 Honda Accord LX from Criswell Honda after careful and extensive research and negotiations with numerous Honda dealerships in the state of Maryland. From the first day I spoke with Victor, he stood out from the rest. Not only did he provide us with an extremely competitive price for the vehicle but he also was the most transparent salesperson we encountered. Every representation that Victor made to us survived scrutiny and, more importantly, was true. But there is more. What also set Victor apart from all the others salesperson was (and is) that the radiates warmth and integrity. These qualities matter more to consumers than some dealerships believe. Trust me.
As you can see, my wife and I believe that Victor is special. We are grateful for meeting a working with Im because he made the experience of buying our new car fun and enjoyable. Whats more, we feel like during the process we made a friend.

I wanted to take a moment to commend to your attention young new car salesman that sold us two Honda vehicles this past week, Kwame KO Odum. My wife and I have previously purchased two other Honda vehicles at this location over the past seven years and we returned last week to explore purchasing a FIT. We ended up buying a Van and a CRV. Your price was reasonable under USAA buying program but what sealed the deal was the superior professionalism of Mr. Odum. He was helpful, patient and about all else personable with the typical false kindness the car dealer profession has been known by the public.
In all my dealings throughout my life time I have never come across a more pleasant and honorable sales person. Mr. Odum sets a standard with dealing with the public that the Criswell Corporation should be proud of and others should emulate. I am not certain how long Mr. Odum has been at your dealership but I am confident that he is one of your greatest assets.
While I know customers fill our feedback card I felt it was important enough to tell you via an old fashioned letter of appreciation what an outstanding employee you have in Mr. Kwame Odum.

I went to your dealership looking for a car. I have owned Toyotas for many years and I was extremely satisfied with that brand. Nevertheless, I wanted to take a look to on e o your cars, as the name Honda was highly recommended to me by a relative Mr. Victor R. Castro showed me the Honda Accord EXL V6 Mr. Castro knew every small detail inside and outside of it. He took me for ride and before the ride ended; I had made up my mind that I was going to buy the car. A few days ago, I called Mr. Castro to ask him about a small problem trying to find a classical radio station. Mr. Castro assisted me in resolving the problem within a few minutes. I am extremely satisfied with Mr. Castros service as a salesman. I would highly recommend him to any of our friends or relatives who might be looking for a car. I am sorry that I am not able to take my car to be serviced by you because of the distance between our home and your dealership. And, yes, I am enjoying my new car very much.

I hope to NEVER go back to Criswell Honda of Germantown, MD. This dealer is a Biggest Fraud ever. I just purchased 2011 Civic VP and I was recommended to this dealership by EBay. In order to attract business this Dealership had placed pictures of this particular model incorrectly on their web. When I picked up my car and drove home I noticed missing armrest, I immediately contacted the sales person who told me that this car does not come with the armrest. I was told that they made a mistake on the pictures. GM of this dealership does not know anything about customer service; he is the worse person to talk to, very rude, does not return customers calls. I am looking to hire an attorney to sort this matter out. I would Never Ever recommend anyone to go to this dealership unless they apologize and resolve my issue. Guys good thing is that this business is doing all the right things to go out of business such as Poor customer service, Worse GM in the entire country, fraudulent information on their web and misinforming customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE..

I would like to share my buying experience at Criswell Honda.
First of all, I had a wonderful sale rep (Phil Kmiec). His job was not to push a car/product/service on me but assist me, when I make a decision to buy. He was there to answer questions that I had and still gave me space to look and think on my own.
He responded to my emails promptly, followed up and was available for me.
When I finally made a decision to buy, I showed up at 8:45pm (when dealership closes at 9pm) he stayed through the whole process (about 2 hours) and made sure I was happy with my car.
Would highly recommend and would definitely come back for my next car purchase!!!!

We had a mixed experience at Criswell. We were driving in from over 250 miles away to purchase a used Toyota that they were showing on the web. I have 3 small children who were with us and we knew it was going to be a long day. I had communicated with the salesman several times and he knew when we would be arriving, but when we arrived the car had not yet been washed and we had to wait 30 min before it was ready to test drive. At this time I noticed the driver's floor mat was missing (although there were marks on the floor for it). We agreed to purchase the car despite the floor mat and the salesman said the service department probably had it and he would try and send it to me (a new set is over $300) but that he couldn't give me a discount for not having it. After we agreed to purchase the vehicle it took another 3 hours for them to complete the paperwork for the sale even though we did not finance with them.
I feel I got a fair price on the vehicle, but the floor mat issue and a general aloofness of the sales staff really turned me off. Ohh... we never got the floor mat, and despite repeated attempts to reach the salesman he would rarely respond after he sold the vehicle. I would warn anyone going to this dealer to use caution and expect to be treated as an inferior to the staff.

I hope to never go back to Criswell Honda. Customer Service was not good at all including with the GM. All I was trying to do was to switch my vanity tags over to my new SUV.Temp tags were about to run out. Was told that I could put old tags on which did not match the registration card. Got stickers the day that temp tags ran out but not without alot of words. I am a repeat Honda buyer but I will not spend my money there again.

I have to share my recent car shopping experience at Criswell Honda!! I am 28 years old and up until now my Dad has purchased my cars for me. He always told me as long as I was in college he would pay for my car but guess what I graduated! Anyway, Ive always wanted a Honda and he would only buy American made cars. I am soooo happy with my Honda Accord its unbelievable! The team at Criswell was all about helping me purchase my first vehicle on my own and did not attempt to screw me over or take advantage of me for one being a female and two it being my first car purchase! My recent service with CRISWELL HONDA was excellent and yes I will return. What makes it even better is I got off work at 7:00am, arrived there and was at home by 8:05am which is great. I was completely satisfied with my service advisor. He touched on all of my concerns I had with the vehicle and performed a walk around inspection with me at the time of the write up. I was charged exactly what I was quoted and was presented the know your vehicle report. I will definitely recommend their service department to my friends and family. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Just had a very good experience at Criswell Honda of Germantown! My wife and I were looking for a new Mini Van. We wanted a Honda. Thus, we wanted a Honda Odyssey. We went to several of the dealers down here around the Beltway, and never cold seem to get it all pulled together. Either we found the right van, but not the right deal. Or the right deal or not the right Van. Or we also found a FEW Jerky dealers too.
We found Criswell Honda one night on the internet and were able to obtain a price quote in like under an hour. And sure enough, right deal, right van, right sales guy made it all come together. We were in and out of there in under 90 minutes driving back to McLean. Whats not to like?

This is the best experience I have had buying a car. It is a family owned business, which is why they attract some of the best staff. They can also give you betetr deals.
When I arrived, I met the person who I talked to on the phone from thier internet department. He was very kind and knowledeable and that really impressed me from the start because I am quite the Honda fan boy, and most car salesmen do not know anywhere near as much as I do about the Civic product.
He took me outside and showed me the car that I had inquired about. We took it for a lengthy test drive up 270 to Frederick and back. I was sold and we both knew it. He had already given me a price that as SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than the other two Honda Dealers that I had been to, so we were half way done right there!
We then went to finance, bet there was no pressure. They were selling products I wanted to buy anyway. Also, we started at a good pre-negotiated price. Because I had arranged a price on the extended warranty, I also got the lojack system. I wss happy with this!
We also got a terrific deal on the Lo Jack. I highly recommend one of you buy a Honda. I knew many people who have had their Hondas stolen. The Lo Jack is the only way to get it back in one piece. Car thieves either drive to Mexico (nothing will help you there) or they park the car for 24-48 hours in a parking lot to check that it doesn;t have Lo Jack. They do not want the cops to find their chop shop.
Anyway, to get the great deal, I would contact the internet department. They reduced the price from and gave me a great payemnt plus everything went very smooth!
In the end, we spent just over two hours there and got everything I wanted. I am so happy with Criswell Honda, and I can't wait to use their service department!

I am very happy with the service that I received at Criswell Honda last thursday. They helped me get a great deal on a New Honda CRV...the Exact CRV that I wanted that the other two dealers said did not exist. Whatever!
So then Criswell Honda gave me an even better price on the CRV that the other dealers said did not exist. Lesson learned? If you are not getting the right answers, service, or price at your current Honda dealer, go to Criswell Honda in Germantown Maryland where you'll get a better deal!!

I have purchased several vehicles from Criswell over the past years. In each case the overall buying experience was good. Not once have I experienced the high pressure tactics used by other local Honda dealerships. Not once did Criswell attach a dreaded dealer "rip off" sticker with numerous high dollar, high profit stuff. Oh, they did put on wheel locks, but in all cases they included them at no extra cost.
The key is to do enough research regarding prices, trade-in values, financing, etc. I recommend dealing only with the Criswell's internet sales department. The internet sales staff at Criswell is one local Honda sales staff which I believe has some concern regarding each buyer's needs.
One quirky thing about Criswell's internet department is they seem very reluctant to provide a price in response to an email inquiry. Usually I do not bother with any dealer who refuses to provide a price via email. However, with Criswell I have found they always beat any price I was able to obtain from any other local dealer. Criswell is the one dealer I will visit who does not provide a price via email. I have yet to be disappointed.
In my most recent deal, the Bethesda Honda dealer offered to sell me a vehicle at about $5K under the MSRP but they insisted I pay an additional $800 for some overpriced stuff (door guards, fender guards, wheel locks, mud guards, and nitrogen in the tires - the online selling prices for these items is less than $200 so this dealer attempted to make more than $600 in profit on these items). This dealer also wanted an additional $1,000 to get me the vehicle in my preferred color (why would I pay them $1,000 for a vehicle I could easily get from another local dealer). Criswell sold me the vehicle for $5K less than MSRP with no additional dealer add-ons and obtained the vehicle in my preferred color at no additional cost.
One other thing, I have found that Criswell always ends up allowing the complete KBB value for my trades. They may start out a bit on the low side but they seem very reluctant to lose a sale over a few hundred dollars in the value of a trade-in. In my most recent deal, the Bethesda Honda dealer offered me $11-$11.5 for my trade. Criswell first offered about $14K but quickly raised the trade-in value to $15K, which was the KBB value for my vehicle which was in very good condition.
I really think anyone interested in purchasing a Honda vehicle will benefit from contacting Criswell.

Went to Criswell Honda when I was looking for a Ridgeline. I did a lot of research on the internet before I walked in the door. I wanted a truck, and also looked at the Toyotas. But when I got to Criswell Honda, I could not pass up the deal I got. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the process was and how helpful the salesmen were that helped me. Got an email quote on a vehicle that was $400 below invoice. So I thought, great, lets go see it.
Took it for a test drive, and got up to 55 MPH on the interstate, and felt a periodic vibration that seemed to be coming from the right front. Having worked in automotive repair for some time, I diagnosed it as a tire out of round. I asked the internet sales guy to get it into the shop and have them pull all the tires and check balance and round, and I'd come back tomorrow and try it again, and if it was fixed by swapping out the bad tire, then he'd have a sale.
He calls me tonight to tell me that "Honda" told him that all their cars are like that, and that they have everyone come back at 1K miles to rotate the tires and it would straighten itself out. Having bought many new cars and many more sets of new tires, I knew this to be a total load of crap.
Since they didn't fix the car, and I have no wish to be a slave to their service department until they find out what is wrong with the thing, off to another dealership.
You can draw your own conclusions based on your interpretation of what they told me about new cars and tires and vibration. Me - I'm more than a bit insulted that they even tried that line.
Give me a break.

my window was now working. it was intermenting.
I went to criswell, and asked for the cost $800. $300 for part and $500 for labor. I decided to do it myself. Used youtube for step. part was $60 and it took me 2 hours to completed the jobs. I saved $740.. that I took my family to the Zoo and we eat like a lion for dinner.

Recently purchased a vehicle from Criswell. They are very competitive. In my case they gave me a very good price, a very good value for my trade-in, and secured the current low interest rate from Honda. Throughout the process the salesman was very, very curteous. I got the impression the salesman was really concerned with selling me a car rather than trying to convince me to buy a car. There is a difference. In selling a car, the salesman is trying to meet the buyer's expectations as opposed to other local dealerships which try to get a person to buy a car based on the salesman's criteria. While not perfect, Criswell presents a pleasent difference.

Sorry for those other reviewers- We were totally thrilled with every aspect of our experience. We called to see how late they were open and they gave the name of the salesperson that would be helping us when we arrived. We met with Gareth, chose our car, received a decent trade-in value for our old car, and signed papers. The finance/signing part was incredible, Kristie explained all the paperwork-answering all questions before they could be asked. The whole process took less than 2 hours. The next day, we received a phone call from Kristie telling us that the % rate went down, so we went back and signed for the lower rate! Kristie was under no obligation to call us re: the drop in the rate BUT SHE DID! That is BEYOND customer service---that is caring for the customer. Cat

From what I've experienced so far (1 year of service there) all the negative reviews definitely hold true.
The service staff is not professional at all, they are rude, not helpful, and seem to blame you for bringing the car in the first place.
Make sure to get multiple appraisals before committing to a repair, especially at this dealership.
If they act like they do not want my business i will certainly not give any to them.

Not trustworthy and worst dealer I have ever encountered.
I just brought a certified car from them not looking their reviews, They sold me a car which was damaged and never mentioned it to me Next day, I found it and went to them, they did not even respond it.They are terrible!, terrible!! Never ever buy any cars with them. They charged you more than any other nearby dealers. Never ever trust them. They look good before you buy and turned terrible once they get money.
I made mistake but I suggest you Think twice before buying any cars either new or certified cars with them.

Horrible experience with service @ Criswell Honda.I have repeatedly paid for the rear drum brakes on our 2001 Honda Odyssey to be resurfaced every 10,000. Rear brakes were costing around $400-$500. I called Honda HQ and spoke with a service person and they said, " The only time you need to have the rear drums resurfaced is if you're having vibrations when depressing the brake pedal." Needless to say I reported the service person and mgr.I have purchased 2 Z06s and 1 Honda Ridgeline all at sticker due to the availability at time of purchase. I tried to buy a Chevy truck but, I couldn't get past the arrogance of the salesman. I think his name was Ralph. I have a buddy that tried to buy a '08 Z06 at sticker. The salesperson said they are still commanding 10K over sticker. He went to Kerbeck and paid for the same car @ 10K under sticker.Criswell is nothing but a bunch of arrogant cowboys
