I cannot tell you how wonderful IHC is in words. The atmosphere is SO relaxing, the practitioners are nothing short of amazing and my insurance covers my treatments so what more can I ask for? I started acupuncture very sickly, over weight and eating terrible foods. Now after seeing the nutritionist and acupuncturists, I eat WAY better and my health did a 180. I get acupuncture for my migraines, reflux, depression/stress, neck/back/shoulder pain, interstitial cystitis & fibromyalgia. Even having so many symptoms, I started getting results after 2-3 treatments. I have never felt better and I owe it all to IHC. THANK YOU!!!

I found Integrative Health Centers in Parkville and decided to give acupuncture a try. I was experiencing hot flashes and night sweats -as well as low energy! As soon as I met Bill Zvarick, I knew he was the acupuncturist for me. He is so personable and really cares - not to mention he has a great sense of humor....but better than all that - my hot flashes are gone, my night sweats have stopped and my energy is back to normal! He also did some acupressure on my sore neck and it was heaven! The entire staff at the Parkville and Towson (Lutherville) location are fabulous! They know my name and take the time to care about me. I never feel like just a number when I am there. The atmosphere is super relaxing and I look forward to my ME time when I am on the table. And no matter what you think, acupuncture does not hurt! Plus they accept health insurance! The location in Towson has a studio so I just signed up for some yoga classes!

I had always heard about the benefits of acupunture but had never tried it. I made an appointment at Integrative Health Centers and am so happy with my decision, that I now recommend it to everyone. Acupuncture was painless, relaxing, greatly improved my injury AND MY INSURANCE COVERED IT! Now, I visit their massage therapist as well. Try it, you'll be glad you did.
