Bubbles Hair Salon

The guy (Joseph W.) talking about his sons girlfriends hair below that was there for 6 hours, he forgot to mention that the girl had dreads that were knotted and I believe she wanted pink put in her hair. The whole thing was a mess and she shouldn't have been there to begin with. Especially if it was her prom. That's not a 1 hour process. It was not the stylist's fault. It was her fault. He did everything he could and after 6 hours he gave up! Funny because people tell part of the story on here to make the salons look bad when there's more to it....I was there that night, I watched the whole thing. I go in there every 3 weeks and have NO PROBLEMS. It really all depends on the situation. The manager felt that they had to pay full price because that was a color correction. Color correction is not cheap. And he spent a lot of time on her hair and time is money!!!! So, Joseph that was not a nice gift to give to someone that had messed up hair to begin with like dreads, and expect it to turn out perfect!

Bubbles salon in the mall provides great service and I believe that all their stylists are well trained. Bobbi did my hair last time I was there and was very happy with her. I would definitely go back to her. She told me exactly what to I needed to use on my hair to get the look I'm looking for. Very happy!!!

I frequent this salon, and everytime I go I get exactly what I ask for. All the stylists are very personable and its a great atmosphere. I feel welcomed from the time I walk in the door until I leave. I have never had a bad experience at this Bubbles location! My last service was phenomenal and the products I was sold worked out wonderfully! I highly recommend this salon to anyone, all stylists are great!

Annapolis Bubbles in the Mall is the absolute lousiest place imaginable! The phone clerks are rude and unattentive! They don't get the prices they quote right and every time you call, they have "jacked" the price up another ten bucks! My stylist calls in to take the day off the day of my appt. and I was told no one could do my hair for the same price! Again, jack the price up so that I would have to pay more! won't go back to this creep hole!

he poorest customer service of ANY service company (hair or otherwise) that we have ever had. My wife and gave my son's girlfriend a day at bubbles for hair color and styling as our gift for the prom. After 6 hours of bleaching coloring etc, the color had not turned out right at all. There were a number of places where it was patchy etc. The young lady was in tears...it was the day of the prom after all. My wife was completely embarrassed. She told Nick it needed to be fixed. He Said "Ok, but he had to make a call first" You won;t believe what happened next. After 20-30 minutes, my wifed asked when he would return and was told..."He left" he isn't coming back. No kidding, not even an apology! So there she is, sitting there with a young teen with messed up hair, in total embarrassment. To make a long story short. Another stylist (I wish I knew his name) was able to repair some of the damage and at least make it somewhat presentable. When it came time to pay my wife spoke on the phone with the manager (the manager was not there) and indicated that she felt she should not have to pay full price, that she was willing to pay half (this after tipping the second stylist $50). The manager proceeded to complain about how it was the teens fault and the difficulty of the job etc. My wife again said she should only pay half. The manager (YOU WON'T BELIEVE THIS) told my wife either she would pay $165.00 of a 220.00 bill OR she would call mall security and have her arrested!!! My wife called me, I told to pay because it was the teens prom night and it was now 630 and they needed to get home. Otherwise I would have surely advised her to just let them arrest her. We have never been treated so shabbily by any business EVER. I recommend you consider any other place in Annapolis rather than go through this. Everyone makes mistakes, but to walk out and leave you sitting there without a word, and then have to listen to the manager blame the teen, no thanks! Spend your money where it is appreciated. This place is terrible.

I made an appointment for full color and partial highlights, only to find that my initial stylist was overbooked. I agreed to see the next available stylist who was incredibly rude to the point of rolling her eyes when she couldn't grasp what I wanted, despite showing her pictures. This should have been my cue to leave, but I I was in a wedding in the coming days and did not want to risk not getting another appointment elsewhere.

The stylist continued to act unprofessionally and as my color was processing, I could hear a coworker in the back room telling her about her behavior. Later on I could hear her in the back room, on the phone yelling profanities. Even aside from her disgusting attitude, she was unable to listen to any of my suggestions and left me with bold, chunky, full-head yellowish highlights atop an equally unflattering yellowish "red" color. Firstly, I did not ask for full foils, which come at an outrageous price. Secondly, my MAIN emphasis on color was to stay away from anything brassy and to add warmth. I sure hope that this stylist has found another profession and that those looking for a quality salon will consider other options.

This is a walk in salon at the mall which is less busy than the other salon there. I was able to get right in and the facility is really nice. The shampoo area was great and the products smelled fantastic. I got a good haircut, but the price was a little steep compared to other places. That didn't even include a blowdry. It was great for a quick and much needed haircut, but I wouldn't go back on a regular basis.
