I have been a customer for about 5 years now and I will not go anywhere else. A small, family owned business that welcomes new customers and is loyal to their "regulars." The prices are unbeatable and my artwork always looks great, only thing is you have to wait a few extra days compared to Michaels for example. So if you need things in a super rush and don't mind paying a lot maybe not for you, but if you want it done well but in 1 or 2 weeks, this is the place to go. The manager has been there forever and his wife, an experienced art teacher gives me advice on colors and specifics I could never get from the average sales associate elsewhere.

If integrity and customer service are important to you, consider going elsewhere...there are dozens of framing shops in the Laurel/Columbia area. Below lists examples verifying the lack of business sense I experienced at this store throughout September and October:

1) They used a much cheaper frame other than the one I originally selected and paid for.
2) When this was brought to their attention they lied about the costs of the frames (they must have forgotten they previously quoted me on both).
3) When I tried to get the error corrected they were rude and held my painting for over a month with no courtesy phone call - instead each Saturday they told me to come back the following Saturday, but it was never ready.
4) When I advised them I couldn??t wait any longer, the owner told me she "will do well without" my business and refunded me MUCH less than what I paid.

When my painting was finally given back to me after 6 weeks, I was without a frame and out over $50.

This is a great store for your art needs. Even if you are an amateur, like me, you can find everything you need.
A lot of professional come to this store as well. The prices aren't that high, you don't feel like you are being ripped off.
They have a variety of art supplies. Parking is limited...very limited.

PROS: good prices, good customer service
CONS: limited parking
