5 Stars: Atlantic Remodeling is First Rate (by John C.)

Without putting anyone to sleep, Atlantic Remodeling did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. That's very rare these days. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The team was punctual and left my home clean. Best of all, my roof looks great...and doesn't leak anymore!

5 Stars: Atlantic Remodeling Corp (by Gary D.)

Actually we had a pretty good experience with atlantic remodling, I had our roof replaced 2 weeks ago and was waiting for the rain to come before I commented on the company. (just to make sure) I normally only comment when I have "bad experiences" and thought if I comment on the bad I might as well comment on the good. It all started 6 months ago when I noticed a leak, I hired a contractor to come out and patch it. The roof leaked again... after attempts of my own to repair, I decided to call in the professionals. Luckily for me Bj a project representative from atlantic corporation came out 3 weeks ago and its like he could read my mind. I told him I didnt want a big sales presentation just get to the facts, (It was a saturday morning and my wife had just returned from a business trip the night before) I was thinking that I could just put more shingles on the roof to stop the problems but he actually explained that it was illegal to have more than 2 layers and it wouldnt solve the problem, it was in the flashing. I thought this may be a trick to have me pay more to have the whole thing ripped off so I excused myself for 2 minutes to do some quick fact checking on the internet. HE WAS RIGHT. My previous contactor, the one who tried to fix the leak tried to talk me into putting another layer up. I could only imagine if I'd put on a 3rd layer, my roof would have been illegal, making my homeowers policy null and void and still have a leak. I expressed my intrest in getting a quote for shadowline shingles Bj explained that they were more expensive than regular shingles (what salesperson says this?) his honesty prevailed. Bj was patient and thorough going over the information which made us both very comfortable. We decided to do business with atlantic corporation based on the information knowing that 95% of roofing companies use sub contractors. A bonus is that I now have piece of mind knowing my roof wil out live me.

1 Stars: Atlantic Remodeling Corp is Awful!!! (by Tammy B.)

I had a horrible experience with Atlantic Remodeling Corp. A manager at the company thought it was appropriate to yell at me over the phone when I called them to see why one of their employees was over two hours late to an appointment they set up with me. This company has the worst customer service ever and therefore I would not trust them one bit in remodeling my house or trust that they would complete any work with honesty or punctuality!

5 Stars: Atlantic Corp. worth a look (by Ellie T.)

I must say that I am very impressed with my experience with Atlantic Remodeling Corp. I was a little nervous going into such a project that I thought would be intimidating and confusing. I have a 30 yr. old home with original windows (12) that were in dismal shape. I had gotten 2 previous estimates and knew what I was looking for. The Project Coordinator B.J. out of the Baltimore office came and actually explained the process from the construction of windows to the installation, and went over the difference in the windows that I had previously thought were decent. I would have no problem recommending the services of Atlantic Remodeling Corp. to friends and family

5 Stars: Atlantic Remodeling Corp (by Kevin J.)

I used Atlantic to replace the siding and windows on one of my rental properties, and I must admit I'm impressed. The work was done 2 months ago, and not only does it looks great, but my last 2 BGE bills have been alot lower than usual. I'd reccomend them, and I'll be using them again for my next property.

5 Stars: Remodeling Pros (by Matt S.)

Richard was the salesman whom I had, he was very meticulous in explaining the company, products, and procedures. Every promise he made during the meeting was followed out throughout each step of the project. My siding looks great and the windows installed have helped put my BGE bills in check. The project was quickly completed with no sign of job debris left. I have proudly recommended this company to my friends and family!

5 Stars: Best in their business (by Shobhna A.)

My parents have a 20 year old home and they really needed the siding and windows changed. We used this company and we were really impressed by the results. They came in, gave us an estimate, did their job in record time, and had a supervisor come in to inspect the work. I know it sounds corny, but on the outside the house looked almost brand-new when they were done. The quality of the materials they used, their professionalism, and their low prices are what makes me recommend them to all of my friends.

5 Stars: Atlantic Remodeling (by Jane P.)

We had both windows and siding done simultaneously. I felt that we had a thorough understanding of the process we were about to undergo, I thought that each leg of the process was staffed by capable, accommodating people who paid accute attention to detail, and that their work was first rate. Their pricing was also fair. Prior to Atlantic, we had two other estimates for windows, and one for siding. The estimate for both from Atlantic was significantly less than the high pressure company wanted for siding alone.

Here are two examples of Atlantic's excellence:
1. It was Friday night and getting dark outside. The crew would return on Monday, their day had started at our home no later than 7 that morning. 12 hours later, they were sweeping the driveway, the porch, and looking around the house for stray parts, etc. (we have small children). I actually went outside and asked that they stop!! I was amazed and grateful for the pride they took in their work!!

2. After the completion of the window installation and the siding installation a manger type person (a separate one for each, mind you) came out to inspect the finished work. Each time each manager created a punch list for the crew to execute. Their committment to excellence was amazing!!
