when you pull up to the building you do wonder if you are at the right place. It looks very small and and boring, but the inside is very different. The spa is downstairs and is pretty small. Could use a little "jazzing up" but it was the staff that made my experience so lovely.
I had the pleasure of receiving a gift certificate for a facial and massage for this salon and day spa. What a wonderful experience. Hands down best facial i have ever gotten! I got to work with the spa director, Abby and she was highly educated and had wonderful technique! She talked with me in depth about skincare, and products and I was completely relaxed with her. She massaged my face, shoulders, arms, chest, and feet too! After my facial I went on to see Patrick who was EXCELLENT!! He too was very educated in his field and consulted with me about pressure, area's that needed work, and about how important water is for our muscles. I felt so pampered when I was finished my little mini spa day. I was checked in and out by the front desk who were so delightful. I was offered my choice of drink when i checked in, they hung up my coat and sat me in their little lobby. When i checked out, it was also a very nice experience, they even got my coat and helped me put it on!
It was really a wonderful experience and I hope to recieve another gift card for here... maybe I'll just treat myself next time!

I have been coming here for years and have tried several stylists, and am very happy thus far. They are a bit on the expensive side, but they do a very professional job so it's worth it!

I have been several times and am usually pleased. The service is great. I was not happy the very first time but switched stylists and have been happy since.

PROS: up to date sylists
CONS: a cut and style will cost $40.00 or more

If you want a really wonderful experience try New York New York. I drive 45 miles every 6 weeks so that the owner can cut my hair. All of the stylists are excellent. You should also take advantage of the other services -- facials are wonderful!

WELL I WENT IN TO GET A HAIR CUT. THE WOMAN FOR MY JOB WAS NOT VERY GENTLE COMBING OUT MY HAIR. MUCH ROUGHER THAN I WOULD HAVE EVER EXPECTED. I HAVE NOT GONE BACK SINCE.
