I will never have Comcast as a cable provider ever again. I signed up for a package that was slated to expire after a years time. 6 mos. into my subscription I started to receive higher bills and when I called "customer service" they simply told me they discontinued the package and I would have to pay a higher price. Customer service is awful and rude. Would never recommend Comcast.

PROS: Nothing
CONS: Everything

There the biggest cable company..and they have somewhat of a monopoly in our area, but thats on the decline.
They provide high speed Internet and cable television. They are really bad about customer service. If something isn't working, they won't come to you for a couple of days, even if it is their fault.

The speed of the Internet is pretty fast, especially if you have a wireless internet going on in the whole house, it doesn't get affected.

PROS: fast speed of Internet, good quality of picture on the TV
CONS: bad customer service, really really bad customer serivce

They provide high speed Internet and cable television. They are really bad about customer service. If something isn't working, they won't come to you for a couple of days, even if it is their fault.

The speed of the Internet is pretty fast, especially if you have a wireless internet going on in the whole house, it doesn't get affected.

comcast has what is possibly the worst customer service ive ever seen. there is nothing worse than this place. the only reason they're still in business is because of the monopoly they hold on cable television

Comcast is the only cable company in the area so there is really no choice if you want to go with cable instead of DSL. If you haev no problem with your high-speed internet, you'd love Comcast. If one day your internet access is down, you'd hate Comcast. My internet has been down several times while I've been their customer. If you call in, they'll definitely blame the lost of connection on you first. They'll exhaust all the possible ways that it is your fault, THEN they'll do something on their side. Most of the time the technicians really don't know what they are talking about, either. They just read it off the script. It happened to me every single time I lost my connection, and every single time it was a problem on THEIR side. What can you do to avoid this? Nothing. You just have to bear with them.

I have been so unhappy with this company over the past few years, in reference to Cable TV services. They have no customer service, came and cut our lines, after we had disconnected service and went with Direct TV!!

I did break down and get there HI-SPEED for the internet. That division seems to have it together. They do fine.

I will not go with their TV services, ever again!
