Steve is wonderful at getting out the toughest stains, but also is up front with you when he thinks it may not come out. He has been in the business for long enough that he knows all the tricks of the trade and can recommend the best solutions. He has always done a great job on our carpets and all of his employees have been extremely polite. He has also done some cleaning on our upholstery in our van. He was able to remove food stains and an ink stain. I would recommend them to anyone.

I've had my carpets cleaned 3 times over the past few years, and I've never been completely satisfied. One cleaner arrived 4 hours late, but did a fair job. The other two were total disappointments. Both tried to sell me extras I did not want or need. Neither did a very good job at all. One came in street clothes. After those experiences I let my carpets go I'm sorry to say for the next couple of years. A friend recommended a cleaner she used, Tri-County Carpet Services. Steve Henderson, the owner answered the phone and all my concerns. But so did the other cleaners I called. I made the appointment and held my breath. But they arrived on time, uniformed and polite. They did a walk thru inspection and pointed out some problem areas and the solutions. No hard sells, no pressure. When they were done my carpets looked and smelled great. They used a fan to speed up the drying and put down paper before they left so nothing would get tracked in. My carpets were completely dry in less than 4 hrs. Brandon and Mike did an excellent job and I got a free bottle of spotter to boot. All I can say is WOW! Finally a company with ethics.
