I have purchased many items from Alpha Computer. They are reasonable and very well informed on whatever you need. The shop has a wide selection of computer parts available onsite. GREAT customer service !!!

This place is really small, yet cozy and welcoming to your questions, even if you think they are stupid. The people there take time out for you and help you find anything you need and answer any questions you ask. Overall, this is a wonderful place to get your computer fixed at.

I love this small store! I feel like I can ask questions withouting feeling "dumb" and the folks always know the answers. Once I was looking for something in a specific budget and the guy told me he would call if he received something in stock. Well, I was shocked when he ordered the component for me at a price I could afford.
You can't say "the big guy" stores would ever try to get you something like that, they would try to make you spend more :)
I have also never felt any pressure to buy, good place to browse.

Alpha computers has been great when helping me build computer systems for other people. They always have the parts I need for reasonable prices, even if the parts are discontinued or hard to find. Many times I've needed a part that could be found no where else and gone here to find that they have 3. Definitely worth the drive to go to a place that is personal and helpful instead of a large store.
