Target

This is the only store that I know of that has escalators that can send shopping carts up and down between the first and second floors. It's kind of fun and that's what made this Target memorable to me. As implied, this Target has two stories and stock adequate merchandise on their shelves. It's located conveniently as an anchor store in the Washingtonian shopping center and it's pretty easy to find parking to shop here, as there are entrances on both the first and second floor, and the second floor entrance is attached to the parking structure so you can just go in from the second floor.
The store is clean and looks fairly new. The returns/customer service is fast and I've never had any problem with them. The atmosphere is nice and you don't feel stressed when shopping there.

PROS: Conveniently Located.
CONS: Not a Greatland Target.
