.

I used to go to this place a lot, but then several bad experiences made me swear it off. 1) Not very clean -- blue, very used barbicide used to clean things and nothing is sterilized. 2) I went in one time and no massage chairs were available for the pedicure right away. Instead of having me wait or come back later, they told me to follow one of the manicurists and the next thing I know she's cleaning the old polish off my toes while I'm in a chair and she's sitting on a stool. I thought they'd put me in a chair at some point, but instead they just did the whole pedicure on the floor like that. The biggest reason I GO to get a pedicure is the massage chair pampering! 3) This guy (owner's son?) started working there and giving everyone "advice," including the customers. Like a 30-something year old woman doesn't know how to spray finishing polish on her own nails without a guy who's clearly never even done nails before telling her how to? ANNOYING. Even the girls on the floor just looked annoyed as crap at him. 4) The final straw was the, unsurprisingly, last time I went there. The manicurist cut my cuticles too close THREE TIMES in one session. I scabbed up and they HURT. And then when I thought about how they cleaned their equipment I kept worrying about getting an infection! Everything turned out fine, but I will never go there again.
