i thought they changed their name to Dry Clean 4 Less like 2 yrs ago? I strongly recommend to leave your clothes here for Dry clean and especially for alteration! i left my hubby's pants and my skirts for alteration and she did 10000000% perfectly great job! anyways, the service here is awesome and inexpensive:) thank God that this cleaner is located tight next to my village!

I have been going to this dry cleaner for a awhile and decided that I have had enough of the nasty attitude. I just cannot believe people who own customer driven establishments can be this nasty Yes.. I have witnessed the nasty attitude of the owner/manager Ms. Washington.

I was a customer at this place for several years. The owner Vivian has a nasty attitude and is not at all interested in helping the customer. Two months ago they scalded one of my husband's shirts. We filed a claim. At the same time I brought in a couple of blouses that had stains on them. They were cleaned twice without removing the stains.
When I came and asked about my husband's shirt and my blouses, Vivian stormed out of her office shouting at me, "You are always complaining. You never come here without complaining."
I said I had come there for several years without complaining. Again she screamed that I always complain.
So, I asked for my money and dry cleaning back because obviously she didn't want my business.
She returned my money - still screaming - that I would return.
My reply - not in this life.
ABSOL;UTELY WORST DRY CLEANER IN BALTIMORE AREA. WORST ATTITUDE AND POOR CLEANING.

THE SUPPOSED NEW OWNER, VIVIAN, IS MOST DISINTERESTED IN WHAT CUSTOMERS THINK AND WILL NOT TAKE THE TAKE OR RESPONSIBILITY TO ADDRESS YOUR COMPLAINT. I HAVE NEVER HAD A STORE MANAGER RETURN A LETTER OF COMPLAINT UNOPENED AND TELL ME THAT THEY "DON'T WANT THE LETTER". I RECOMMEND THAT WE CONSIDER PAYING HIGHER PRICES AND GETTING BETTER SERVICE. THEY MAY BE FINE FOR BLUE JEANS BUT THAT'S ABOUT IT.

It's just not worth it!

Just do a little search, can't find the owner or number...its just bad bussiness. No one returns your call. So the question is do you really wan't to give them your clothes?

Since chaning names the service is horrible. I have had to take things back a few times. They do not care and give you a hard time when you ask the item to be re-cleaned. Mgr will not return calls

I went to pick up clothes on wed 2-21-07 and was told that their computer system was down and that I would have to come back tomorrow. After I told them I had to have them today and that I would wait while they looked for my items. I had over 12 items there! I needed a suit for my husband to wear the next day. The "owner" was arguing with another customer when I arrived. He left pissed too. When she saw that I was not leaving she started to look. I ended up finding two of my three tickets by noticing what I brought. Then the "owner" gave up when she had to leave and she told the girls not to waste time looking for my stuff. They looked for a few more minutes then said they couldn't waste time looking for my stuff. Then I got pissed and said I really needed it and would like to speak with the "OWNER" and the young girl behind the counter told me her mom was the owner, which I couldn't believe since she was so rude to the man before me and then her comment about not wasting time looking. I will go back tomorrow to get my husbands suits but will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. This is their third strike and now I will not waste time going there. Even if I have to pay more for better service. I am going to file a real complaint with the BBB of Baltimore!!! I hope more people to get the same treatment will to the same!

I have lived around the corner from this store since they opened and after having given them dozens of chances, I will NEVER return after the incident which occurred on 1/16/07! On this date, for the 6th time, my sweaters came back without being folded, they were on a hanger. I have told them over again and they have written on the ticket 'FOLD' and it's done about 50% of the time which is unacceptable. Yesterday the young girl at the counter who is always there with an attitude told me after I informed her that my sweaters were hung up again for the 6th time now, that the sweaters were not going to be folded if they're not folded as of now. In other words, stop making that request! I said that this is ridiculous and she thought i said she was silly so her attitude worsened. I said I wanted the manager's name and she gave me a first name and when I asked for the last she said she couldn't pronounce it. I asked her if she was the mgr because the night before a woman had an issue w/ her clothes not being ready by 5pm like promised and she told that woman she WAS the manager before making the woman come in the back to help the employee find her dirty clothing in a basket of other dirty laundry. When I asked for the store phone number the rude employee then told me it's on my ticket which it wasn't. I told her it's on the one she took from me and she then told me hold on and she will dig in the garbage and pull the ticket out for me rather than just rattle off the store phone number. I have never encountered such rudeness in all my adult life of dealing with customer service reps. Much more was said by this rude employee but I'm now in search of the district manager for this particular location and if need be, the owner of Dry Clean 4 Less to file a formal complaint against this person. She has this attitude with everyone, I've seen it several time and it's really as unprofessional as you get. She should definitely NOT be working in any form of customer service! When I learn her name, I will definitley write another review and add her name so all who grace this establishment can be warned, this girl is as rude as they come. After speaking with the asst mgr at the store, I now know that the rude employee is actually the manager's daughter which explains why she thinks she can talk to and treat customers in such an inexcusable manner. It's almost not worth speaking to the manager. From my understanding, the daughter, Cherelle, isn't even supposed to be at the register which she was on that evening.

They are very inexpensive, especially for women's clothes which tend to be priced higher at some places. The only bad thing is that sometimes my items didn't appear all that clean. Other times my items weren't pressed very well. You get what you pay for.

CONS: Not the best quality work.
