Every time I made tried to make an appointment, no matter my condition, he never had anything that week. Moreover when I did manage to get an appointment, I waited for literally hours in the waiting room and in the exam room for him to finally see me for all of five minutes.I also found him at times lax in his assessments of my conditions and almost uncaring and on one or two occasion inappropriate.

I used Doctor Charles Franklin for 2 years, twice for annual check-ups. After the last, I told myself I won't be returning. I found him to be some what inattentive to my needs and questions.
More importantly, I had to call the office after 4 weeks to get results from lab work (the results were supposed to be mailed to me within 2 weeks). Lastly, I received a letter from his office saying that I was diabetic, when in fact I wasn't.
